| Maybe Outlaw Star or Hyper Police - City Hunter is good. I am not sure City Hunter and Outlaw Star is underrated though. |

| I think Outlaw Star is underrated and deserves so much more praise than it gets. Trigun is excellent also. |
| -Irresponsible Captain Tylor (I see you're already watching it) -Key the Metal Idol (it's an OVA, but it's 13 eps + 2 movie length eps so it's closer to 20 eps) -Giant Robo (also an OVA, but it's 7 eps and the first 6 eps are 45 minutes long and the last an hour long) -Legend of the Galactic Heroes (also an OVA, but it's 110 eps + 60 eps in side OVA and 3 movies. It used to be rated #1 on MAL, but I think people trolled all over its score because it's current score is underrated for it) -Master Keaton (it's TV+OVA, although the OVA is more of the same which is a good thing, makes 39 episodes in total) |
| I'd recommend Blue Seed, Betterman, Legend of the Galactic Heroes and Slayers (the last one might not be underrated but it's really good). |
| Golden Boy is pretty underrated. funny as all hell though :D |
| Magic User's Club is not as known as Junichi Sato's other works. (Aria the Animation, Sailor Moon, Princess Tutu, Sgt. Frog, Kaleido Star [He directed a lot of well known and critically acclaimed shoujo anime]) |
