Which Straw Hat is getting the biggest upgrade after the small time skip in Elbaf and why?

I’m curious about what Straw Hat people think is going to get more of an upgrade than what they are now. In case you didn’t know Oda recently said in an interview that a small time skip is happening where time in Elbaf goes by faster than the rest of the world. It’s kinda like the Hyperbolic time chamber in Dragon Ball Z.

I think it’s either going to be Luffy, Zoro, or Sanji, but mostly Sanji. If you look closely at what Oda has done in the past, the 3 strongest on the Straw Hats are Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji. Sanji was recently shown that he’s not at the same level as Zoro and I think they’ll give him some kind of new power that makes him back to being as strong as Zoro who looks like is as strong as Luffy. I also wouldn’t be surprised if Usopp gets a huge upgrade due to him not being that strong enough in The New World, but I’m going to say Sanji due to me feeling bad for those Sanji fans who are mad at Oda for making him not that strong anymore as he used to be in East Blue. I also think he’ll probably make less pervert jokes with him if this happens, so it’s more like pre time skip before Thriller Bark where he just was in love and not a pervert.

I don’t think any crew member. If the time skip happens it’s because the outside world is moving faster. Elbaf starts with Oda saying that time on Elbaf moves slower. We most likely will see moves made by the rest of the Yonko, revolutionaries, and world government setting up the final saga which the straw hats will have to react to.

While I do believe this theory, it’s not confirmed. Don’t believe everything on the internet but if Oda still knows how to write (doubt) it’s obviously Usopp.

firstly, the author never said anything like that, this is another one of those many fake articles that make up their own theories based on the manga, gamerant has a particular notorious person named rei penber who is in his late 40s or so and makes dozens of clickbait and fake articles while also using the same extremely old picture of oda in them as thumbnail, there is no reason to take anything of what he says seriously, he is doing it on purpose to drive traffic to the website to get a few more cents, none of those people know anything more than you do if you read the manga

secondly regarding the powerscaling of the strawhats, other than the monster trio there is really no point in even talking about the rest of the strawhats as they are such an irrelevant afterthought to the story, they have always been especially in terms of powerscaling but especially now they are completely out, now regarding the monster trio all 3 of them will become stronger and have new stuff post-elbaf as they always do in each arc

That article isn't even real, it's someone stating their theory and passing it off as confirmed despite Oda never having given a straight answer himself.

But even assuming that one member of the crew is getting something new, it'll obviously be Luffy since he's the only major character that Oda seems to care about, and he'll need something to counter the Holy Knights' immortality.

Thousand Sunny, since Franky is around the magic wood tree for the ancient ship he read the blueprints for, Lilith Vegapunk is around, and Mecha Kuma is there too.
Buffing Sunny buffs most of the non monster crew, because Nami just met Roger's navigator, because Usopp is the crew shooter, because Franky is the ship builder, because Jinbe is the ship helmer.

We have yet to see someone use Haki against the Saints, other than Gaban. Since Trio didn't even get near Gunko, and Jinbe and Brooke got stopped. Luffy getting to use axes or Sanji getting his lineage factors stable is possible, and none of those are as major as Sunny getting upgrades.
