| I felt sad when I had to lecture my boss, someone who absolutely had intersectional identities and was very pro-DEI, on the issue. I do not see the queer people of color representation here that one might expect. There seems to be a very strong sense of traditional masculinity particularly among Black and Latino men, which I'm not sure works to their benefit.
