No. Titans are living beings. Not machines. Plus, it can't even be considered piloting since they are the Titans. They're not controlling something separate from themselves.

Funny how AoT can’t be considered mecha because they’re biological but Evangelion can be considered mecha simply because they’re humanoids wearing restraint armour.
