One Punch Man's animation isn't all that great and it has terrible fight choreography. Yes, it has some "sakuga" moments, but most of the fight scenes are just a series fast movements with people flying across the screen, in order to mask the lack of actual fluid and detailed movements. It tries too hard to make the anime look like the manga (a problem with most newer post 2009 anime), thereby failing as an anime, by not taking advantage of the medium of television and especially animation.
