| Damn that looks great. Takeuchi has done it again. Rider looks flipping amazing, Cu (spoiler) capitalizing on all the 10 minutes of screen time he'll be having in the entire route lol and Seaweed has no right looking this good. Although, if I were to criticize something it'd be the focus on the Servant part being in the forefront, while the Sakura, Shirou and Shinji conflict being in the back. Keeping the movie content in mind, the amount of cooking SoL and Kirei exposition is enough to make the poster be a picture of a high-jump bar in front of a church :p Maybe the poster is a sign that they'll be expanding on the action scenes a bit? I guess that'd be a "solution" for that part's pacing, but that cones with it's own crappy need for omitting crucial stuff. We'll see. |

Takeuchi's Acchan has a smaller, cuter face which is generally quite similar to Shirou's. b) Archer's hair is all wrong - again, it's too tall and too dark. Takeuchi's Acchan has quite shiny hair. The top needs to curve more backwards and the back also needs to be curvier. c) Acchan's eyes are all wrong - they're too small and too high up. d) Artoria's hair is all wrong - Takeuchi's Artoria has this special luminosity to her hair. And the colour here is also somewhat off. There're also too many of a specific dark colour there, which Takeuchi generally doesn't use for her hair, or maybe it's the brush used. Either way, it's not right. The hair bits are also a bit too thick at the fringe. e) Artoria's clothes are off; the armour doesn't have the Takeuchi-shine and the dress arm is too puffy and uses line for a lot of the wrinkles whereas Takeuchi prefers to use colour to show the wrinkles in clothing. f) Artoria's eyebrows/eyes/mouth are placed wrongly. Takeuchi Seiba has long eyebrows which are much thinner at the end; there's something off with the eyes that I can't quite pinpoint; the mouth is also at at an awkward position. g) Takeuchi Medusa has less hair pieces and the fringe is all wrong. The use of shading is also somewhat off and, again, the Takeuchi luminosity isn't there. h) The noses are off. Takeuchi isn't the best at them, but they're not curvy enough. i) Medusa's mouth is off - you'll seldom find Takeuchi drawing any side lips. I don't think I've even seen any instance of that. j) Cu's armour also lacks the Takeuchi luminosity... e.t.c The list goes on. But UFO staff has been really aiming for that Takeuchi style, so I'd understand if normal plebs like you can't differentiate. :^)they look much similar on an outer level. Then again, Sakura's thighs are very Takeuchi-like, so maybe I'm wrong¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Nah, i'm actually more surprised at the lack of Kirei. You see, the more one scavenges for Artoria pics, the more they find artists trying to pull a Takeuchi, the more the subtle differences between Takeuchi and not-Takeuchi becomes. Well if Archer is helping Shirou, then it definitely makes sense that he's there, but it just generally seems like they like adding all the servants who show up in that movie/season to the posters. It'll be interesting to see how the amount of servants diminishes towards the 3rd movie poster. I wonder how they'll handle the first three days: will they animate the whole thing generally, or skip most of it and only show the HF-unique scenes. Well obviously the latter is better because of time constraints, but there's always a chance of dumb mistakes. Well, thankfully the movie isn't till Oct, so there's still August for re-reading HF. *Says this like we'll get to watch it before 2018* |

| well what happens on those Servants's scenes will BE the highlights of the first movie so.... My guess for 2nd movie is something similar to the rain scene with Rin, Ilya and Kirei around them. 3rd would be Rider and Shirou looking as Master and Servant facing AM and D.Sakura's in the cave, Ilya with Dress of Heaven and a "determined to kill" Rin in the corners. No Kirei because he is supposed to be dead.BUT we could have an upside cross above AM and Sakura. |

Those scenes are pretty important, but they aren't more important than, say, the entirety of Kieri scenes, or the Sakura bits of characterization. They're SOME of the route's highlights. They're in the foreground and are taking priority because literally action. | It is the introduction to the story so the scenes that will shock people the most will be the biggest highlights for the new audience. If kirei is left dead in the 2nd movie, featuring him in the poster for the 3rd would be kinda bad. |
