I'm pretty sure the Light Novel is among the top sellers, same goes for the DVD/Blurays for the anime in 2015. That's why they made the movie. Maybe they're testing the waters to see if it's worth putting out another season (8bit made the movie, not Madhouse). If the DVD/Bluray sales are good maybe there will be news in regards to it during the Spring. If that's the case maybe it'll be in the Summer of Fall lineup. If they don't announce it this year then odds are slim but even then there are some studios announcing new seasons for anime that have ended years ago (like Full Metal Panic and Code Geass). |

I believe they are good, they're pretty close to the monogatari movie sales and monogatari is a big franchise with lots of animes that sell well. I don't really know about the chances, I think they are good, but who knows for sure hahaha. Really hoping for a season 2 though. |
