That’s good, but before hearing his opinion, you should re-read your review. (There are still punctuation, as well as some logical mistakes.) |

Made some changes by your request Gru and changed somethings i seen when i was reading thought again SoniAni: Super Sonico the Animation is a music, slice of life anime co-created by Nitroplus (The creators of Super Sonico) and White Fox (The creators of the anime); the anime has 12 episodes and aired between January and March 2014. Plot The plot of SoniAni is very simple: each episode shows cases of the life of Super Sonico, as the show was designed as a marketing tool for Nitroplus, to sell Super Sonico brand to people. With that being said, Sonico gets into a different situation: each episode and each situation doesn't get carried other to the next episode. Main Characters Main Protagonist – Super Sonico (Voiced by Ayano Yamamoto) – She is an 18 years old college student that works as a model, a waitress at her grandmother’s restaurant and is in the band First Astronomical Velocity with her two best friends as the band’s vocalist and guitarist. She always wears headphones and is never seen without them. She is easy to get embarrassed in front of other people, she sleeps so much that it requires someone to help her wake up, she also loves pasta. I find her character enjoyable, as she tries her best to get the job done, even when it gets her into problems; she enjoys helping people with their problems. Suzu Fujimi (Voiced by Mai Goto) – She is one of the Sonico’s best friends and a member of the First Astronomical Velocity as its bassist and leader. She normally wears a pink nurse uniform and tries to get Sonico to wear crazy outfits for concerts. I like Suzu, as she always has a plan to solve problems and tries to help Sonico with her problems whenever she can do it. Fuuri Watanuki (Voiced by Mami Ozaki) – She is also one of the Sonico’s best friends and a member of the First Astronomical Velocity as its drummer. She is very shy, always sleepy, or hungry. She was a very interesting character for me, as her indifference has always caused problems to her friends and it was really funny. Presentation SoniAni has a very bright color scheme to drawn the viewer into the life of Super Sonico that is nice and fun, however, there are also some problems; the show focused on Sonico well, but the other characters didn’t receive enough time, and it was a real problem of that show. The animation of the characters, on the other hand, is very well-made and looks great, except when it switches to a different style for the song parts of the show. While these look great, it feels very forced as they could have been done in the same style of the rest of show. The voice acting in SoniAni has been well done, as it helped them seen more believable. Lastly the music was is one of the best things about the show, as the songs really fit the context on the episode: it is played in and the animation shown on screen while the song is playing are well made. My opinion SoniAni is one of the anime where while I don’t hate it, I find it hard to like as it feels it was coping other anime like: K-on, Love Live and Idolmaster. Its music scenes try to be like Love Live, but when it works well in Love Live, in SoniAni, it feels very forced and not needed. While I know the show was a marketing tool, they could have done a better job of presenting Super Sonico to the public. While I didn’t like the story because it was heavy lacking any interest, I found a few of the episodes very boring to watch and the style of animation used for songs a bit unnecessary, I did enjoy the Sonico’s, Suzu’s and Fuuri’s characters a lot as they really carried the show for me as well as some other characters like Sonico’s grandmother and her manager. I also found the songs enjoyable as the sound very well written and made. The Verdict SoniAni is an anime that can really only can be enjoyed by a fan of the brand. Its lack of a story, the focus on Sonico and the lack of focus on the rest of the cast, and it’s attempts of copying other shows without add anything big of its own makes it hard for most people who watch to like SoniAni and leaves you disappointed because It could have been so much better than it is. |

[spoiler] SoniAni: Super Sonico the Animation is a music, slice of life anime co-created by Nitroplus (the creators of Super Sonico) and White Fox (the creators of the anime); the anime has 12 episodes and aired between January and March 2014. Plot It is important to note that SoniAni: Super Sonico the Animation was designed as a marketing tool for Nitroplus to sell Super Sonico brand to people. Each episode we see a new day of Sonico’s life; she gets into different situations and different trials. It is an open secret that all slice-of-life shows don’t have a complex story;yet, it helps you to relax; that is why we watch SoL shows. In Sonico’s case, the show was sometimes boring; yet, it was a very funny experience for me. Main Characters Main Protagonist – Super Sonico - Voiced by Ayano Yamamoto (Nae Tennouji, Arisa Kajiwara) – She is an 18 years old college student that works as a model, a waitress at her grandmother’s restaurant and is in the band called First Astronomical Velocity with her two best friends; she has the position of the band’s vocalist and guitarist. Sonico always wears headphones and is never seen without them; she is easy to get embarrassed in front of other people, she sleeps so much that it requires someone to help her to wake up, she also can’t live without pasta. All in all, her character was funny for me: she tries her best to get the job done, even when it gets her into problems, she enjoys helping people with their problems and she always stays happy no matter what. Suzu Fujimi - Voiced by Mai Goto (Pina Sformklan Estor, Chelsea Blankett) – She is one of the Sonico’s best friends and a member of the First Astronomical Velocity as its bassist and leader. She normally wears a pink nurse uniform and tries to get Sonico to wear crazy outfits for concerts; Suzu is very amusing character: she always has a plan to solve problems and tries to help Sonico with her problems whenever she can do it. Fuuri Watanuki - Voiced by Mami Ozaki (Hana Isuzu .Elena Shiina) – She is also one of the Sonico’s best friends and a member of the First Astronomical Velocity as its drummer. She is very shy, always sleepy, or hungry. She was a very interesting character for me, as her indifference, has always caused problems to her friends and it was really funny. Presentation SoniAni has a very bright color scheme to draw the viewer to the life of Super Sonico, which is nice and fun. Alack, there were also some problems about the characters: the show focused on Sonico well, but the other characters didn’t receive enough time for development, and it was a real problem of that show. The animation of the characters; on the other hand, is very well-made and looks great, except when it switches to a different style, when the OP and ED were shown; the animation in OP and ED was good, but for some reason, the animation in the anime was much worse. The voice actors did amazing job and I highly appreciated it; their characters looked alive and realistic; it was very pleasant for me. Finally, the music part was is one of the best things about the show; the songs fit every episode well. My opinion SoniAni is one of the anime, which I can’t hate, but I found it difficult to enjoy a show so similar to K-on, IdolMaster and others. The anime did everything to make its music scenes similar to Love Live’s, but when it works well in Love Live, in SoniAni it feels very forced and not needed. While I know the show was a marketing tool, they could have done a better job of presenting Super Sonico to the public; the story didn’t feature anything new, some episodes were boring to watch and the style of animation used for the songs was much better than for the anime. I did enjoy Sonico’s, Suzu’s and Fuuri’s characters a lot, as they really carried the show for me, but the supporting character were dull and boring. The Verdict SoniAni is an anime that can only be enjoyed by a fan of the brand; its lack of the story, the focus on Sonico and bad development of supporting characters (not saying that the show is cliché) ,will probably make it hard for most of the people to enjoy SoniAni. Well it's a new week and a new review, note that this is only a draft and isn't the final version, any suggestions how to improved will be listen to, any suggestions for adding a score will not be listened to as i like my reviews to not use a score because what i may think is a 10 someone else's 8 With all that said incase any new comers to this thread, How are you Gru and Speakss? Black★Rock Shooter (TV) Review Black★Rock Shooter (TV) is an Action, Science Fantasy, Drama anime created by Ordet and Sanzigen studios, Shinobu Yoshioka as director and Mari Okada as lead writer. The anime first aired on February 2nd 2012 and finished on March 22nd 2012, and was 8 episodes long. Short Version Black★Rock Shooter (TV) has a story that depicts two different worlds that are connected and actions in one world affects the other. The anime follows the story of Mato Kuoi, a girl who struggles to keep her new friend Yomi Tananashi and Black★Rock Shooter, a mysterious girl in the another world fighting other beings for a unknown reason. While being a very short story, it’s one of interesting stories made in the last few years, as the connection between Mato and Black★Rock Shooter, two girls from different worlds, and how their actions affect not just themselves but everyone around them. It mixture of bright and dark art style and its use animations to drawn the viewer’s attention and soundtrack makes the world of Black★Rock Shooter (TV) come alive. The strong message the show leaves the viewer with, doesn’t leave you disappointed and shows that a good story doesn’t have to be long. I recommend Black Rock Shooter to anyone who looking for a good story without having to spending as much time to watch it all. Long Version Plot and Story The story of Black★Rock Shooter (TV) is about two world linked together, the first being human world, that’s shows a girl called Mato Kuoi struggle with her friendship with Yomi Tananashi and her own personal problems. The other world shows the mysterious girl called Black★Rock Shooter fighting other beings in fierce battles for an unknown purpose. One thing Is certain is there some kind of connection with Mato and Black Rock Shooter. So that’s the plot of the show, Black★Rock Shooter (TV) has a very interesting story as how each world affects the other in different ways. The Secrets hidden about each character in the show makes the viewer keep watching as you will want to know what happens next when Mato finds out. What was a pleasant surprise is normally animes that are short don’t normally have very detail stories like long animes, Black★Rock Shooter’s (TV) story has some much depth and has able to give so much story in just 8 episodes is an achievement itself. Overall the Story is one of the satisfying stories I watch in a long time and the message the show is trying to portraying to us, the viewer is there is pain and struggles in our and the people around us lives are affected by our own actions but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t give in or run away from the, we have to face up to the pain and when it’s pain we have caused to the people we care about, we should help them to show they not facing it alone, showing that no one is alone in the world. Main Characters Mato kuroi – Voiced by Kana Hanazawa (Shiina Mayuri from Steins gate and Tachibana Kanade from Angel Beats) – She is the main character in the human world and has some form of connection to Black★Rock Shooter. She also have some kind of link to a multi-coloured bird from a book she likes and to the bird’s story. She becomes Yomi’s friend on her first day of school but someone Yomi is friends with doesn’t like Mato being friends with her and starts tormenting Mato. Yomi Takanashi – Voiced by Miyuki Sawashiro (Asada Shino from Sword Art Online II and Hatsuse Izuna from No Game No Life) – She becomes friends with Mato on her first day at school after moving back from Germany. She gets intimidated by her childhood friend, who has a lot of control over her because of something Yomi believe she did wrong, after she find out about Yomi’s Friendship with Mato. Black★Rock Shooter – Voiced by Kana Hanazawa – She is the main character of the other world and has some kind of connection to Mato. She carries a rock cannon and a katana, she fights other beings in her world for some mysterious purpose. Presentation Black★Rock Shooter (TV) uses mixture of very sharp, bright and dark colour scheme to attract viewer’s attention and to present the character’s pains and struggles they face though out the length of the story. The focus on how the two different worlds are connected and can effect each other helps peak the viewer’s interest about the show more. The animation of the characters have been beautifully made, specially the action scenes as they show how much time and effort was been put in, and makes them one of best parts of Black★Rock Shooter (TV). The voice acting of the characters was very well done, with Kana Hanazawa’s voice making both Mato and Black★Rock Shooter characters’ alive and very believable. The soundtrack of the anime has been beautifully made, the music sounds soft and quiet when scenes take place in the human world and heavy and fast pace when the action/fight scenes in the other world happens. Finally from special help from Supercell’s singers Hatusune Miku (Vocaloid) and Koeda (Vocaloid) for sing the opening and ending songs respectably, makes the soundtrack come to life. My Opinion While I admit that most of time, I think animes that are short are just as good as long animes, Black★Rock Shooter (TV) shows that you can have a very deep and interesting story in a short period of time compare to animes of the last few years that normal have 24 episodes to tell their story. Black★Rock Shooter (TV) was able to do that in just 8 episodes is a huge achievement. The connection of the characters and the two worlds have makes it very interesting to watch and the message the anime tries to deliver to the viewer has been well done, as it shows that we all have pains that we want to run away from and most of the time, we don’t know what to do about them alone. Verdict Black★Rock Shooter (TV) is one of hidden gems in anime showing us that story doesn’t need long to be interesting and helps show that we all have pain and struggles in our lives but we must stand up against them and help the people close to us face theirs. I recommend anyone who loves stories about hardships to give Black★Rock Shooter (TV) a chance and you won’t feel disappointed. |

One thing Is certain is there some kind of connection with Mato and Black Rock Shooter. So that’s the plot of the show, Black★Rock Shooter (TV) has a very interesting story, in which each world affects the other in different ways.could change to something like this: story intertwines both worlds so that negative affects in one is reciprocated in the mirror world. The secrets hidden about each character will intice the viewer into wanting to learn more about what happens to Mato and her new relationship. What was a pleasant surprise is normally animes that are short don’t normally have very detail stories like long animes, Black★Rock Shooter’s (TV) story has some much depth and has able to give so much story in just 8 episodes is an achievement itself. if this is a main point of your review, re-write and put it in the Presentation section Overall, the story is one of the most satisfying stories I've watch in a long time. this should be apart of your Verdict section. Has nothing to do with the plot the message the show is trying to portraying to us, the viewer is there is pain and struggles in our and the people around us lives are affected by our own actions but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t give in or run away from the, we have to face up to the pain and when it’s pain we have caused to the people we care about, we should help them to show they not facing it alone, showing that no one is alone in the world. the idea behind this whole sentence is fine. However, it's very "run-y" and it feels like your thought process while writting this section was jumbled. I'd advice re-writting it to be more concise. Black★Rock Shooter – Voiced by Kana Hanazawa – She is the main character of the other world and has some kind of connection to Mato. She carries a rock cannon and a katana, she fights other beings in her world for some mysterious purpose. this whole section could be changed and added into the plot with each paragraph giving detailed explinations as to backgrounds of each character. No reason to cut it and make it it's stand alone section. My Opinion While I admit that most of time, I think animes that are short are just as good as long [color]animes, Black★Rock Shooter (TV) shows that you can have a very deep and interesting story in a short period of time compare to animes of the last few years that normal have 24 episodes to tell their story. Black★Rock Shooter (TV) was able to do that in just 8 episodes is a huge achievement. The connection of the characters[color=, along with the blending of the two worlds, makes it very interesting to watch as it creatively delivers the main message, "we all have pains that we want to run away from and most of the time, we don’t know what to do about them alone." I would add something here to sum up the paragraph. Idr much about BLS but if they somehow rekindle their friendship in someway toward the end I would use that to make the paragraph feel like they're not left on a cliffhanger Verdict Black★Rock Shooter (TV) is one ofa hidden gems in anime. It showing us that a story doesn’t need to be long to be interesting. and Throughout the story, BLR descriptes that everyone around us has pain and struggles in their lives but we must stand up against them and help the each other overcome and accept ourselves. I recommend anyone who loves stories about hardships to give Black★Rock Shooter (TV) a chance and you won’t feel disappointed. |

The other world shows the mysterious girl called Black★Rock Shooter fighting other beings in fierce battles for an unknown purpose. One thing Is certain is there some kind of connection with Mato and Black Rock Shooter. Black★Rock Shooter (TV)’s story intertwines both worlds so that negative affects in one is reciprocated in the other. The secrets hidden about each character will intice the viewer into wanting to learn more about what happens to Mato and her new relationship. Now onto the main characters of Black★Rock Shooter (TV): Mato kuroi – Voiced by Kana Hanazawa (Shiina Mayuri from Steins gate and Tachibana Kanade from Angel Beats) – She is the main character in the human world and has some form of connection to Black★Rock Shooter. She also have some kind of link to a multi-coloured bird from a book she likes and to the bird’s story. She plays for basketball team at her school and is called the First Year Ace by other members of the team for being very skilled at the game. She not used to making new friends as her family have been moving around throughout her life. She part of the school’s art club as she very good at drawing. Black★Rock Shooter – Voiced by Kana Hanazawa – She is the main character of the other world and has some kind of connection to Mato. She carries a rock cannon and a katana, she fights other beings in her world for some mysterious purpose. The message Black★Rock Shooter (TV) tries to deliver to us, the viewer, is everyone’s lives has pain and hardships that can be caused by our own actions. Most of us just wants to run away or giving in to them, because we don’t know what we can about them alone, but with the help and support of the people close to us, we can overcome them. While Black★Rock Shooter (TV) is a short anime, It’s story has some much depth, which may surprise the viewer as many short animes don’t have this level of detail, which is an achievement for Black★Rock Shooter (TV) for making story have so much depth in such little time. The connection of the characters, along with the blending of the two worlds, makes it very interesting to watch as it creatively delivers the main message, "we all have pains that we want to run away from and most of the time, we don’t know what to do about them alone." Lastly, Black★Rock Shooter (TV) doesn’t do what some shows do, leave the viewer with a cliff-hanger, instead leaves the viewer with an ending that doesn’t leave any loose ends. Verdict Black★Rock Shooter (TV) is a hidden gems in anime and is one of the most satisfying stories I've watch in a long time. It showing us that a story doesn’t need to be long to be interesting. Throughout the story, Black★Rock Shooter (TV) descripts that everyone around us has pain and struggles in their lives but we must stand up against them and help the each other overcome and accept ourselves. I recommend anyone who loves stories about hardships to give Black★Rock Shooter (TV) a chance and you won’t feel disappointed. |

If you write it is, it will save you from mistakes. And one more thing, you should learn it. (http://www.englishtenses.com/) By learn, I mean that you should understand it really good. |

Just try to understand the grammar. You do write pretty difficult sentences, but sometimes you make really stupid mistakes. Never say die and try to be more attentive. |

I recommend anyone who loves stories about hardships to give Black★Rock Shooter (TV) a chance and you won’t feel disappointed. |

Now I can understand what you are trying to say. But you should still proofread your review before publishing it, cheers. Black★Rock Shooter (TV) is an action, science, fantasy and drama anime, which was created by Ordet and Sanzigen studios, with Shinobu Yoshioka as the director and Mari Okada as the lead writer. The anime first aired on February 2nd 2012, finished on March 22nd 2012, and was 8 episodes long. In a nutshell. Black★Rock Shooter (TV) has a story that centers on the two different worlds that are connected and everything, which happens in the first world, will affect the second. The anime follows the story of Mato Kuoi, a girl who struggles to keep her new friend Yomi Tananashi and Black★Rock Shooter, a mysterious girl in the another world, fighting other beings for an unknown reason. The anime’s mixture of bright and dark art styles and its use of the animation to draw the viewer’s attention, as well as the splendid soundtrack, made the world of Black★Rock Shooter (TV) real for me. The strong message the show leaves to the viewer, we all feel pain and have our reasons to live on, but if we want to accomplish our aim, we should do it together, is impossible to ignore. I recommend Black Rock Shooter to everyone who is looking for a good; yet, short story; you won’t be disappointed. Plot The plot of Black★Rock Shooter (TV) revolves around the two worlds linked together: the first is the human world, where a girl called Mato Kuoi fights for her friendship with Yomi Tananashi, and the other world shows a mysterious girl, called Black★Rock Shooter, fighting other beings in fierce battles for an unknown reason. One thing is certain, there is some kind of a connection between Mato and Black Rock Shooter. Black★Rock Shooter (TV)’s story intertwines both worlds, so that negative effects in one are reciprocated in the other. The secrets hidden about each character will entice the viewer into wanting to learn more about what happens to Mato and her new relationship. Now onto the main characters of Black★Rock Shooter (TV): Mato kuroi – Voiced by Kana Hanazawa (Shiina Mayuri from Steins gate and Tachibana Kanade from Angel Beats) – She is the main character in the human world and has some form of a connection to Black★Rock Shooter. She plays for a basketball team at her school and is called the First Year Ace by other members of the team for being very skilled at the game. She becomes Yomi’s friend on her first day of school, but someone starts tormenting Mato because of that friendship. Yomi Takanashi – Voiced by Miyuki Sawashiro (Asada Shino from Sword Art Online II and Hatsuse Izuna from No Game No Life) – She becomes friends with Mato on her first day at school after moving back from Germany. She is not used to making new friends as her family has been moving around throughout her life. She is a part of the school’s art club, as she is very good at drawing. She gets intimidated by her childhood friend, who has a lot of control over her because of something Yomi believes she did wrong, after she find out about Yomi’s Friendship with Mato. Black★Rock Shooter – Voiced by Kana Hanazawa – She is the main character of the other world and has some kind of connection to Mato. She carries a rock cannon and a katana, she fights other beings in her world for some mysterious purpose. The message Black★Rock Shooter (TV) tries to deliver to us is that only we are guilty of our problems and that only we can solve them; however, the majority of people just want to run away or to give up, but with the help and support of the people close to us, we can overcome all difficulties. Presentation Black★Rock Shooter (TV) uses a mixture of very sharp, bright and dark color scheme to attract viewer’s attention, and to present the characters’ pain and struggles they face though out the story. The focus on how the two different worlds are connected, and can affect each other helps to peak the viewer’s interest about the show more. The animation of the characters is very well-made, specially the action scenes, as they show how much time and effort was put in, and it makes them one of best parts of Black★Rock Shooter (TV). While Black★Rock Shooter (TV) is a short anime, its story has depth, which may surprise the viewer, because many short anime don’t have this level of detail, which is a huge achievement of Black★Rock Shooter (TV). The voice acting was very well-done, with Kana Hanazawa’s voice of both Mato and Black★Rock Shooter. The soundtrack of the anime is beautiful, the music sounds soft and quiet when scenes take place in the human world, and heavy and fast pace when the action scenes in the other world happen. Finally, with the help of Supercell’s singers Hatusune Miku (Vocaloid and sings the Opening theme) and Koeda (Sings the ending theme), the soundtrack came to life to me. My Opinion It is an open secret that short anime don’t receive a good story’s and character’s development; however, Black★Rock Shooter (TV) proved to me that even a short anime might receive a good development. Black★Rock Shooter (TV) was able to do that in just 8 episodes and I think that it is a huge achievement. The connection of the characters, along with the blending of the two worlds, made it very interesting to watch as it creatively delivers the main message, "we all have pains that we want to run away from and most of the time, and we don’t know what to do about them alone." Lastly, Black★Rock Shooter (TV) doesn’t do what some shows do, leave the viewer with a cliff-hanger, instead leaves the viewer with an ending that doesn’t leave any loose ends. Verdict Black★Rock Shooter (TV) is a hidden gem in anime and has one of the most satisfying stories I have seen in a long time. It shows us that a story doesn’t need to be long to be interesting. |

So it that time of the week again, this time i haven't written in a nut shell part yet as i planning to right it once the main part of review is sorted this time to see if it easier to do Anyways how you guys been doing.... You know who i talking to So anyone has free rein of this and i look forward to so feedback so thank you for helping out Hanayamata review Hanayamata is a Slice of Life, comedy anime based of the manga Manga Time Kirara Forward by Sō Hamayumiba and was created by Madhouse studio. The anime aired from July to September 2014 and lasted 12 episodes long. Plot Hanayamata’s Plot revolves around 14 years old girl, Naru Sekiya, who has a lack of interests except for fairy tales, until she meets Hana N. Fountainstand, one night and watch her dancing Yosakoi. Together, they create a Yosakoi club at school so they can enter the upcoming Yosakoi, but getting new members is not so easy. The story of Hanayamata may sound like some other animes involving music and dancing, do not let you think Hanayamata is the nothing new. While the main focus is on Yosakoi, the show doesn’t fail in the development of the main characters over the course of the show and how each of the characters support each other with their troubles they find themselves in. While being a SoL anime, the comedy in Hanayamata has been well done as not a lot of jokes get too over used and some of the quirks of each character adding to its enjoyment. Now on to the main characters of Hanayamata: Naru Sekiya voiced by Reina Ueda – is a 14 years old girl who lacks interests and confidence to try new things. She dreams to be dazzling like the princesses from the fairy tales she loves reading. That is until one night while walking home, she encounter Hana, who was doing yosakoi and joins In only to run away because she believes she can’t be dazzling as Hana. After being asked and saying no to Hana to create a yosakoi club, she finally agrees to help Hana after Hana tells her about her dream of become a professional Yosakoi dancer. While Naru is very clumsy and gets scared preforming in front of people, she very understanding and caring of others. Hana N. Fountainstand voiced by Minami Tanaka – is a transfer student from the US who is in Naru class. She transfers to Japan after falling in love with Yosakoi while on a trip to japan a few years ago. While dancing one night, she meets Naru and offers her to dance with her. She decides to make a Yosakoi club at school so she could dance with others. She is bit of a tomboy and is over excited about many things. Yaya Sasame voiced by Kaya Okuno – is a 14 years old girl and Naru’s best friend. She is part of a band at school and at the start very against doing Yosakoi with Naru and Hana until her dream of being part of a band falls apart and Naru shows her that she has a place in the group, making her join. She is very protective about Naru and becomes jealous when Naru starts to make new friends. While she is very smart and beautiful, she doesn’t like people helping her and has very bad handwriting. Tami Nishimikado voiced by Yuka Ōtsubo – Is the vice-president of the student council and childhood friend of Naru, with Naru calling her big sister. She tries to please her father by trying to be a proper Japanese woman. After she realise that trying to please her father wasn’t making her happy and stopping from doing the things she really want to do, she becomes overcome by worries until Naru helps her other come them and joins the Yosakoi club. Machi Tokiwa voiced by Manami Numakura – Is the President of the student council and close friend of Tami. She not interest in Yosakoi at first but after sorting a personal problem, she joins the club. She is strict about a lot of things, apart from sweet things and tami’s requests. Presentation Hanayamata uses a beautiful blend of bright colours to bring to show to life to the viewer and to show the beauty of Yosakoi to them. Each character has been unique look to them to help the viewer recognise and to flesh out their personalities. The Animation of the characters is amazing as ii really shine when the girls are dancing. The voice acting is very impressive as every character feels alive and the voice actresses of the main characters also sing the opening song and the final episode ending song. My Opinion Hanayamata is an anime that has really surprised me , it has one of the most beautiful art styles I ever seen In anime, the story has been brilliant well written and the dancing Is one of the most interesting I ever seen. Hanayamata has a number of messages it give to the viewer, from we should do the things we love doing in our lives to having someone who we can care for, laugh and cry with is nice. Finally, each character really brings Hanayamata to life for me as each have their faults but they help each other to overcome them. Verdict Hanayamata is one of those hidden gems of 2014, over looked by bigger named shows, a real treat to watch. From the art to the characters, Hanayamata impresses the viewer with it take on the Sol idea. If you wanted to watch a good story, then if you haven’t already, you should give Hanayamata a go and you find a really anime. |

For it seems that a certain admin keeps deleting my post, I'm going to write a 'real' review, considering they don't think that short concise, one or two-liner reviews are 'serious' enough. Using that as an excuse to completely abuse his powers and delete my post. Continuing without further to say on the matter, my review of a certain anime known as... Kyoukai no Kanata Starting off, Kyoukai no Kanata, also known in English as Beyond the Boundary, is an anime produced by the really talented staff at Kyoto Animation. For it's genres, I'd say it contains a Plentiful amount of comedy and drama, as well as some Slice of Life aspects, and of course, the nice and fair share of action. This, combined with a really well-imagined story and Earthshaking visuals, makes for a rather pleasant and entertaining watch. As for the story, we're set in a fantasy world, where there coexist both humans and youmu, a certain type of magical creature, that in the subs got translated as 'Dreamshades'. Kyoukai no Kanata's characters also have their unique features, such as Akihito's ability to quickly and very efficiently heal his wounds (not making him a vampire, though), Mirai-chan's Sparkly blood that can also harden to become a weapon, and so on. These abilities can sometimes feel overpowered. The aforementioned youmu come from a magical place called the Spirit world, from which we get very little detail about, apart from some vague mentions throughout the series. Regarding the artistic aspects of the anime, I can say I'm impressed. The animators at KyoAni did an awesome job at making every aspect of this show look astonishing and beautiful to look at. What caught my eye the most were the fight scenes. Even though they didn't show quite as many fight scenes as I personally would've liked, the times that they did show up, were well worth the whole in-between slice of life stuff. Not to mention that the character design is one of the most detailed I've ever seen, only being topped by stuff like Shirobako's costume design (seriously, the characters in that show had a bunch of different costumes), and, another of KyoAni's work, Hibike! Euphonium, with it's photo-realistic backgrounds and blur. Soundtrack-wise, I think they did a really good job. The soundtrack itself was pretty well composed and paced. Moreover, the placement of the different songs to create emotion and give character to the scene was marvelously executed. Props to Yota Tsuruoka for his awesome work as a Sound Designer. Now, what can I say about the voice actors? I wasn't expecting less from KyoAni, inserting some big names into the picture, like KENN and Risa Taneda, which make the characters in the show come alive, especially Mirai. Overall, I'd give this series a 9/10. I wasn't expecting less from a company in the status of KyoAni. ;) |

@kirinohaa Work on sentence and paragraph structure. Try giving a better intro. It was pretty bland reading it. Over all, I'd give this a review a 2/5. Needs work. |

I have ever seen*, the story has been brilliant well written and the dancing Is one of the most interesting I ever seen. Side notes: 1)A Yosakoi club (first mention) Then, it should the Yosakoi club (2d 3d 4th mention etc…) 2)Present perfect continuous indicate some period of time. E.g. I have been an anime fan for 16 years. (16 years is a period of time). I have been awake for 20 hours (For…). It would be a better idea to just use present simple. (E.g. wrong the story has been brilliantly written, should be: the story is brilliantly written). Seto, your reviews have become much better, gj. |

All right finally got around to make the changes, So think it ready yet? Hanayamata is a slice of life, comedy anime based of the manga Manga Time Kirara Forward by Sou Hamayumiba and was created by Madhouse studio. The anime aired from July to September 2014 and lasted 12 episodes long. Plot Hanayamata’s Plot revolves around 14 years old girl, Naru Sekiya, who has a lack of interests except for fairy tales, until she meets Hana N. Fountainstand, one night and watches her dancing Yosakoi. Together, they create a Yosakoi club at school so they can enter the upcoming Yosakoi, but getting new members is not so easy. The story of Hanayamata may sound like some other anime involving music and dancing, do not let you think Hanayamata is the nothing new. While the main focus is on Yosakoi, the show doesn’t fail in the development of the main characters over the course of the show and how each of the characters support each other with their troubles they find themselves in. While being a sol, the comedy in Hanayamata has been well done as not a lot of jokes get too over used and some of the quirks of each character adding to its enjoyment. Now on to the main characters of Hanayamata: Naru Sekiya voiced by Reina Ueda(Mikan Akemi from Jitsu wa Watashi wa and Juri Makina from Harmonie) – is a 14 years old girl who lacks interests and confidence to try new things. She dreams to be dazzling like the princesses from the fairy tales she loves reading. That is until one night while walking home, she encounter Hana, who was doing yosakoi and joins in only to run away because she believes she can’t be dazzling as Hana. After being asked and saying no to Hana to create the yosakoi club, she finally agrees to help Hana after telling Naru about her dream of become a professional Yosakoi dancer. While Naru is very clumsy and gets scared preforming in front of people, she is very understanding person and caring of others. Hana N. Fountainstand voiced by Minami Tanaka (Minami Katayama from Wake Up,Girls! and Game Gear from Hi☆sCoool! SeHa Girls) – is a transfer student from the US who is in Naru’s class. She transfers to Japan after falling in love with Yosakoi while on a trip to Japan a few years ago. While dancing one night, she meets Naru and offers her to dance with her. She decides to make the Yosakoi club at school so she could dance with others. She is bit of a tomboy and is over excited about many things. Yaya Sasame voiced by Kaya Okuno (Hacka Doll No. 2 from Hacka Doll and Kaya kikuma from Wake Up,Girls!) – is a 14 years old girl and Naru’s best friend. Tami Nishimikado voiced by Yuka Ootsubo (That is how name is spelled on this site) (Ai from Ai Mai Mii and Kanako Mimura from The iDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls) – Is the vice-president of the student council and childhood friend of Naru, with Naru calling her big sister. She tries to please her father by trying to be a proper Japanese woman. After she realise that trying to please her father wasn’t making her happy and stopping from doing the things she really want to do, she becomes overcome by worries until Naru helps her other come them and joins the Yosakoi club. Machi Tokiwa voiced by Manami Numakura (Hibiki Ganaha from The iDOLM@STER and Yurika Toudou from Aikatsu!) – Is the President of the student council and close friend of Tami. She not interest in Yosakoi at first but after sorting a personal problem, she joins the club. She is strict about a lot of things, apart from sweet things and Tami’s requests. Presentation Hanayamata uses a beautiful blend of bright colors to bring to show to life to the viewer and to show the beauty of the Yosakoi to them. Each character has been unique look to them to help the viewer recognize and to flesh out their personalities. The Animation of the characters is amazing as it really shine when the girls are dancing. The voice acting is very impressive as every character feels alive and the voice actresses of the main characters also sing the opening song and the final episode ending song. My Opinion Hanayamata is an anime that has really surprised me , it has one of the most beautiful art styles I have ever seen In anime the story has been brilliant well written and the dancing is one of the most interesting I ever seen. |

There were some people active in this thread? Im really glad to see that! :D Anyways, here's my review this time: Both seasons of Aldnoah.Zero. Going in certain anime, you have expectations, and I have that most of the time. So, when I heard that some of my favorite people worked on Aldnoah.Zero, i.e. Sawano Hiroyuki and Gen Urobuchi, I had really high expectations. So, were my expectations met? Both yes, and no, and Ill tell you why now: Story As for the story, we have the war between humans, and marsians, who are humans who lived on the mars and found a power called "Aldnoah" with which they can control powerful mechas. And because the resources on Mars are becoming fewer and fewer, they decide to take over the earth, now ~600 years later. After a lot of fighting, the earth and the Vers Empire decide to finally sign a peace contract. But on the day of signing, the Vers Empire's represantative is assassinated and so, the Vers Empire continue to attack Earth. The anime then focuses on the rivalry of Inaho Kaizuka, a genius soldier from Earth and Slaine, an earthling living and fighting for the Vers Empire. While this story is already really well-known, it was executed decently, and later on, when the story focused on Slaine, I thought it was pretty interesting and actually kind of intriguing. As for the end of S1 I felt the writer tried to be Gen Urobuchi too much. Yes, it wasnt actually written by Urobuchi, rather he only worked on Episodes 1-3 which was noticable, especially in S1. Overall Id rate the story 6.25/10. Characters The characters were some of the worst Ive seen in this genre, and this anime would have profited from having somewhat deep characters at least. Inaho Kaizuka He is plain OP and has 0 emotion. He's always ahead of everyone and pulls of a lot of bs. In S2 he even becomes more OP! I cant even write a lot because thats all there is to him: An emotionless, overpowered protagonist who single-handedly gives earth a chance for victory. Slaine Troyard He, I thought, was an okay character because of how he's treated and how it affects him. Although his actions in S2 were illogicial, I found myself overlooking that aat times because I really wanted to like this anime. As for a way to describe him in a few words, let me quote gigguk here: "He's pretty much the bad-luck Brian of anime history". He also becomes the main story drving force in S2 which I liked and disliked: Liked because I wanted to get to know this character better thoughout S1; disliked because, as I said, he acted pretty illogicial to me. Koichiro Marito The charcter with the only real character development throughout this series. Even though it was pretty stereotypicial, it was there and Im glad it was. But sadly it was wasted on such an unimportant character, and what I mean by unimportant is, I just had to look up his name. As for the rest of the cast, the only other character worth mentioning is Asseylum, the princess of the Vers Empire, which is important in the way that she's the biggest plot tool I know of. All other characters were only there to demostrate the war situation both sides are in. My character rating is 2.5/10. Sound and Animation If there is anything thats actually praise-worthy about this show, it's that it's "beautiful". I really liked charcter designs, animation, coloring, and most of all, the music! The OST is one of my favorites because, even though at some point in S2, it got repetitive, it includes some of my favorite songs, which didnt happen with any other OST to this point in my anime watching "career". Im rating this section with a 8.5/10. Verdict and Final Opinion I really wanted to like this anime and I did. It was not good and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone other than people who love mecha but I still enjoyed it. It was one of these anime which are really carried by its asthetics and to be honest, I think I wouldnt have liked it as much if I watched it at another time. So as for my overall rating personally, which is mainly determined by personal enjoyment: 7.75 But if I looked at it more "objectively" I'd rate it somewhere around a 5.5/10. |

Yo, I never actually finished this series but the game is definitely fun with cute girls in it. boldinggrammatic errors. I'll re-read it later when I'm not so tired and give constructive crit abesides basic grammar. Probably missed a lot of stuff, hopefully gru will catch them.. I'm just super tired right now. Kantai Collection: KanColle Kantai Collection: KanColle is an Action, Comedy, Slice of life, Military, Sci-fi anime based of the web browser game created by Kadokawa Games. The anime was created by Diomedéa Studio and was aired on January 8 2015 to March 26 2015, and lasting for 12 episodes. Plot The plot follows Special Type Destroyer Fubuki, a young girl who is a Kanmusu, special girls who possess a spirit of a naval vessel and can use them to fight the Abyssal fleet who are threating humanity from the sea. These girls live at naval bases, where they are taught to fight the Abyssal. Fubuki is a new recruit at one of these naval basesupon her arrival she joins the Third Torpedo Squadron and is sent into battle despite having very limited combat training. While in battle, she is saved by Akagi, An Aircraft Carrier, and afterwards Fubuki decides that she needs to become stronger, so she can fight at Akagi’s side. The Show does a good job of explaining its story to the viewer by explaining the different kinds of Kanmusu and what the job in the fleet are. While the fighting is keep at a minimal, the focus on Fubuki and the girls who fight alongside her while they are training at the naval base is interesting and funny at the same time. Now, because of the anime having so many character and character building, I going to only give the names of girls and what type of Kanmusu they are: Fubuki, Voiced by Sumire Uesaka – Special Type Destroyer, a part of the Third Torpedo Squadron Mutsuki, Voiced by Rina Hidaka – Destroyer, a part of the Third Torpedo Squadron Yūdachi, Voiced by Yumi Tanibe – Destroyer, a part of the Third Torpedo Squadron Sendai, Jintsū and Naka, Voiced by Ayane Sakura – Light Cruisers, a part of the Third Torpedo Squadron with Jintsū as Flagship. Akagi, Voiced by Saki Fujita – Aircraft carrier, a part of the First Carrier Division Kongō, Hiei, Haruna and Kirishima, Voiced by Nao Tōyama – Battleships, a part of the Second Fleet Nagato and Mutsu, Voiced by Ayane Sakura – Battleships, Secretaries of the fleet. Kitakami and Ōi, Voiced by Yuka Ōtsubo – Torpedo Cruisers Presentation KanColle art style uses a bright blend of colors to breathe life into the show for the viewer. Each of the characters have been given a unique look and personality making them stand out toone another and are easily recognizable to the viewer. The show uses two different animation styles, one for the action scenes and the other for everything else. The use of a different style for the action scenes helps making them more beautiful and interesting to the viewer, thus making them some of the best parts of the show. The voice acting in this is very impressive because of some voice actresses doing multiple characters especially Ayane Sakura, as some of her characters have conversations with each other and the viewer is able to tell which character is talking by their voice. My Opinion KanColle is an anime where I did not know much about before watching, that has made me interested in Kantai Collection series. The story, while it not one of the best I seen still was enjoyabl. The characters have been designed with a lot of care in terms of looks and personality, and the art style was appealing to me. The message I got from KanColle is that as long you keep trying your hardest, you can achieve anything you put your heart into. Finally, I love the character development of Fubuki over the course of the show as she always tries her best and doesn’t give up. Verdict KanColle is one of the anime that while looking at each part of it, like its story or characters is nothing special, when it all put together makes a very interesting show. Anyone both fans of Kantai Collection or newcomers can enjoy its characters, art style and story. While there is better stories out there, I still recommend people to give KanColle a go as it takes a common idea and makes it something unique and new to people watching. |
