I would include you and Soren and possibly Suzu, but you two are around frequently enough and do what yous do so that works fine.
Suzu is in when they are, so I don't think I have to worry about that for now.... also don't think I have to be concerned at this stage in the game.

Most of those I listed at the top I'm assuming I'll just have to wait to see, I'll also likely only be coming back to see what they're up to as well.

Just to let everyone know, mass claiming works by means of the entire town claiming in order to narrow down the scum. You basically confirm each other through uncountered claims, and countered claims.

If you guys are thinking of mass claiming, it's now or never. The scum are guaranteed to use their janitors tonight, which is why it's so important we lynch today so we have something to go off of tomorrow.

I personally think mass claiming isn't fun, but I'm already claimed, so I can't really complain.

Reposting the updated list for posterity. Will make a new post every time a new person answers. I think the big thing is that these answers will not be of much help in the early game, but they will provide HUGE clues in the late game through logical discussion. If I'm still alive, expect me to start throwing this chart out at every claim and death.

What is your approach to this game? Will you lurk or contribute when you can?

-Blonde-: Contribute, Lurking isn't pro-town, we should we

pushing to get as much information out of everyone as we can.
LucianRoy: I'll scumhunt till' I'm dead. I'm the only confirmed town

player in this game.
x_at_home: Well. I will contribute, but also lurk at times. I will be

busy at times, so my presence will be inconsistent. I'm also pretty excited

about this game, so who knows where I will end up.
DoubleC: I'm usually fairly active. I've taken a liking to the idea of

staying somewhat reserved for the first 2 days or so as to not draw attention

from the mafia.
Haine-: Contribute when I can but the problem I'm not as experienced as

others in reading posts now.
SodaWithYoda: I will contribute when i can, I am on here for like 16

hours a day... Consider it suspicious if i am not online for at least 12 hours
Llafos: First time as town. lol?
Soren333: I point things out when I notice them and try to generate

discussion.
grave_robber: My approach will be my usual one, being proactive which

means I will contribute as much as I can and I will engage and question others

during the course of the game. For example: Soren, you should answer your own

questions and thanks for posting them ^^
s3bEg: I will approach it with elephant tranquilizers and a net.
coromandel: First day is usually where I’m least active, because I

never really know what to talk about.. but I’ll try to contribute as much as

possible. In general, I like to observe and start posting when I’ve found

something worth mentioning (a bad habit – sometimes I keep things to myself for

too long).
Lambtron: The same as usual ^^, fuhk around for the first day,

potentially 2. ( depending on wasted pressure and role ). Contribution will be

when I'm around though this is in most cases not the best time compared to the

mass of players and I avoid what I need to say if it's been done by that point

in time.
Suzune-chan: I enjoy playing with everyone here. While I am certain

almost everyone here knows, I will say again. I do work during the day and that

cuts into the time that I can play. I believe the roleover is while I am at

work so if everyone decides that an end vote is on the table, I will not be of

much help. However, I am on the same hours everyday~
Matoro_Mahri: I will contribute as often as classes allow, which will

apparently be not often.
NessieFynn: I'm going to contribute as much as I can, 'cause if I'm

town I ought to help out my side, and if I'm a maf everyone will get suspicious

of me. I'll just point out whoever's acting sneaky, and try to convince

everyone if I think I've found scum.
ChaosSavior: i would love to contribute but often time i come out it's

already empty. i will try to help here and there though
Verumir: I don’t want to be sleep deprived, and I have a lot of things

to do, but I’ll not lurk, and try to contribute when I can.

-Blonde-: Don't like inactive players because of the same

reason as above.
LucianRoy: The mod will deal with them. Specifically in the means of

replacements. Other than that, we don't have much to worry about inactives.
x_at_home: Should be replaced. There are some promising players that

deserve to play
DoubleC: Depends which faction I am.
Haine-: They might lurkers or trying to hide their presence sometimes
SodaWithYoda: I think replacing them is best because I like when

everyone in the game is active makes it a lot more fun
Llafos: Really? I guess I like them to be different.
Soren333: Tricky if they don't get replaced. You can't read them at all

and become a gamble if you choose to lynch them.
grave_robber: They hurt the town/hunters. Bad guys can easily lurk and hide

amongst inactives. Players who pretend to be inactive put themselves at a risk

since townies can't read them and will most likely suspect them at one point or

another.
s3bEg: They are better than outactive players at the very least.
coromandel: I don’t think it’s too much of a big deal on the first day,

but it gets frustrating when they never post. Pressure-voting is a good

strategy to get them to talk.
Lambtron: Meh 50/50, it doesn't help nor ruin chances on the more

experianced players and I'm not too concerned about the others that are just

slack or bad at what they do ^^
Suzune-chan: Personally, I do not like them because they do not help

the game. Then the town worthlessly lynches each other. By doing that we are

killing the team rather then rooting out mafia members.
Matoro_Mahri: They shouldn't have signed up in the first place. Replace

'em if it's easy, kill 'em if it's not.
NessieFynn: They should get their butts onto the thread and play some

more! Its boring if no one talks.
ChaosSavior: they should contribute even if it's only small.
Verumir: Mod kill or replacement, they add nothing to the game, if they

are mafia, then it’s a cheap trick to stay alive for the first phases.

Soren333: Depends how I feel like playing. The rational thing to do is

to target two specific type of players.
1. Experience/analytical players
2. Those that are active
The first choice is an obvious thing to do and will become a pain later on if

you don't get rid of them sooner. The second choice is to eliminate active

players, so that most that are left are players that don't post much. If

players don't post much then they don't really suspect people and/or contribute

to scumhunting.
However, I may feel like having a fun game and want to keep players that I

enjoy playing with (whom are usually the experienced players) alive. And so I

might kill some oddballs.
As to who I would kill in this game. It's a big pool of players so hard to

tell at this point. However, if I was mafia I would probably go for one of

those that post quite a lot which does not include one of the experienced

players because I would like to have an interesting game. And I like reading

experienced players' posts.
grave_robber: The players who are either an immediate threat or the ones who

tend to lead and get the town to think. On night 1 my primary targets would be:

Verumir, coromandel, Llafos(mvp of v1), Brynhildr, x_at_home. I would try to

keep the most powerful ones alive so I can frame them, mainly: Soren333 (say

he's scummy for posting these questions and posing as town), LucianRoy(say he

was converted), Jackrito(I'll keep him alive till day 3, that will get him

lynched), Suzune-chan(say that Jack & Lucian are being framed by a master

mindl)& sasayamei(same way as suzune-chan).
s3bEg: The moderator.
coromandel: Depends on how this day develops. I’d probably not target

the experienced, active players, because there’s a higher chance that someone

protects them. So, I’d probably try to kill an inexperienced lurker, who didn’t

attract too much attention during the day.
Lambtron: Tonight more specifically I don't have anyone in particular

to kill though I usually wouldn't opt for any high tier targets for the first

couple of days.
Though in this bigger game I'd probably hit one early ( day 2 ) and then leave

them be till half way or so again ^^
Chances are I'd let one of the less experienced players make the call so as to

throw people off a little, or just hit in-actives.

really like being a mafia, I always die in the first few days when i am a mafia

games? Probably won like a bit over half of them.
grave_robber: About 30% of my experience has been as mafia, I've won twice as

mafia.

Usually find myself dead or at least a couple other scum going down very early

in these games and having to play it on the back foot straight off the bat,

though this is usually the more entertaining way to have it.

*I also seem to meet Jack every time I'm scum or a role that is paired in some

way ( lovers or a modification of ).

a good mafia and I do not think I have ever won as a mafia...

x_at_home: If too early, ruins the fun, late game often a necessity and

perfectly fine. In a game like this, it should also be fun.
DoubleC: I see it as a decent last ditch strategy. Or if the townie has

a huge lead on the mafia and it's an almost guaranteed win then mass claiming

is the safest route to go.
Haine-: Google chrome crash
SodaWithYoda: When there are only a few people left like final 8 or

something. Also depends on how many mafias died
Llafos: It changes the entire dynamic of a game. I don't see it as bad

or good.
But it is chaos. It also makes the cops job easier, as one of his checks is

pretty much 2.
Soren333: For townies, it is a great because using the process of

elimination you can easily pin down the mafias. However, I do feel as though

mass claiming takes away the fun of the game and puts mafias in a really tight

spot.
grave_robber: I'm pro-mass claims but never early, and players with critical

roles shouldn't claim unless they have to. Informative roles should only claim

when they have solid info and enough time has passed(day 3 or later).
s3bEg: Yeah mass claiming is a pretty cool guy.
coromandel: Mass-claiming can be done as a last resort, but it’s a

double-edged sword. Villains often manage to blend in by fake-claiming, and

when 2 players claim the same role, sometimes the town lynches the wrong person

-.- *speaks from experience*.
Lambtron: Not particularly a fan of this, it usually only goes well at

a set point in time but it's not always that easy to pinpoint this for each

separate case/game.
Suzune-chan: From my standpoint as a host it was not fun because it

takes away the mystery. While from a player perspective I can appreciate it.

Someone always steals my role though and I usually lose the debate on roles

because it is so much harder to tell the truth then to lie. Just my

perspective.
Matoro_Mahri: Hate it. This might be biased since I got bitten by it as

a mafia, but it forces a seriously aggressive playstyle that severely punishes

players for even momentary lapses in activity. In other words it harms the less

active and helps the more active, which I am not.

use their ability. Actually if we should all give our thoughts on how certain

roles should use their abilities every night. This will give good insight to

the player with that role and lead to better choices and more info from

everyone.
Haine-: I always use notepad and separate whoever is

trusted........which is only lucian right now ,And try to find mafia tho

reading posts.
SodaWithYoda: I would play to ensure a good relationship with everyone

in the town so i don't get mislynched

that I find suspicious. Make a read list if necessary.

avoid giving away any info because I seem to give away a lot when I play as

LucianRoy: Kill Saya, Grave, Soren, Jack, and basically all the

experianced people.
x_at_home: Try to kill other mafia/mislead town/appear town.
DoubleC: Try to fit in. Say pro-townie stuff and divert attention

towards other players. Or if I'm lazy go for a super lurker playstyle.
Haine-: Kill all experienced people [?] But right now I don't really

SodaWithYoda: Lynch one of my friends at the start of the game to get

credit then attack the town from the inside
Llafos: Low risk, low reward, and if I feel like it is needed I would

go for the high risk, high reward play.
I would play way more conservative if I was mafia. As I would get more from

blending in. I just don't believe that questionnaire is pure benefit.
Soren333: I haven't got much experience as mafia but I would probably

play the same as usual.

I have a role I can fake claim, confuse players, lie, use the truth to my

advantage, and sacrifice fellow mafiosos if needed, all while pretending to be

a good little townie.

doesn't work after a few phases it would hopefully throw some of the towns

hope for the best. I mean, I really have no mafia tricks.

teammates a lot more than as town.

make sure to leave behind all the suspicious seeming towns.

read in the last couple games we've played. Suzune is really easy to read too.

I don't know about Saya. I haven't seen her play as scum yet.
x_at_home: In such a huge list? Hmm. The good players and the ones I

don't know, lol.
DoubleC: Lucian, turtlebandit, Hawkie, and Suzu.
Hawkie posts so sporadically and usually his posts never reveal much.

But this game has almost 40 players and there are a lot of new faces. So I’m

not too worried about the few experienced players I know. The newbies are more

intimidating tbh.
Lambtron: Turtle - Though I think this might just be more of an early

game thing.
Hawkeye - Good at sitting around.... Don't even know if they are a Hawk.
Nyancat - Dies good.
Asunyan - Also a good sitter, usually don't have the role to read what is

purely night actions and smiley faces.
meruledaworld - Due to what are they even saying.
Suzune-chan: Jack is the hardest for me to read. However, I tend to

view everyone with suspicion until I can clear them
Matoro_Mahri: DoubleC. HazyPanda kind of, although that's sort of

guessing since I knew his role last time.
NessieFynn: No idea.
ChaosSavior: most of the time grave_robber (he looks like townies no

matter what faction he is in) and MrHawkeye (often time feels like my

reflection) and there is a lot people i don't know on this game
Verumir: The ones who doesn’t write proper English
SuzakuTsubasa: Same thing.

I would include you and Soren and possibly Suzu, but you two are around frequently enough and do what yous do so that works fine.
Suzu is in when they are, so I don't think I have to worry about that for now.... also don't think I have to be concerned at this stage in the game.

Most of those I listed at the top I'm assuming I'll just have to wait to see, I'll also likely only be coming back to see what they're up to as well.

I also forgot to mention I would prefer to hear from any amount of the people I said I get pretty much no reads on ^^
Though it wouldn't bother me to get nothing either, it would be about the same in the end unless things change a fair bit.
This questionnaire could be a nice simple way to force just that little bit out of them I guess.

Sounds like a horrible plan to me.
It'd be better to wait it out and use it more as a clutch move, or if the cop manages to pick up 1 or more scum and feels well off enough to out them and some "confirmed town players".
Then pick up one of them who are a stronger player/in a better position.

In a game this large it is something I worry about. Since we are all going to be playing for some time it will become easier for us to link up early. However, I greatly love being town because my plans do not bother anyone else, however, if someone is always standing on your shoulder it makes it hard to think because I have something extra to worry about. I tend to side early with those who back me, but I have learned that is a dangerous habit.

I can say I personally feel rather crippled being buddied with anyone within the game to some extent, that is if it's due to them.... I'm fine doing it to others due to being an ass :3
