Standard harem anime. Average at best. Generally, not recommended.

I would like to watch new anime but the life of uni does not permit me to. God, i would so like to show you how many anime i have in my comp right now but still haven't find the time to watch it yet. Running out of space again lol.

Probably because you're watching the DVD/Blu rays? Those have redrawn scenes.

That must be it. The redrawn scenes look really good so it's quite the contrast to the normal art.

No, it looks horrible by today standards. Apparent noise, blocking, artifacts, washed-out colour and overall blurry image which might be due to the obvious upscaling done by the publishers. I expect not much from an old source produced using old animation techniques but still, the encoder should at least fix some of the problems listed using filters.

Oh yeah, the problem you described might be mosquito noise.
