And wouldn't it be also awesome if one day people could travel around the galaxy.. you can't say it's impossible, maybe one day it might really happen. It's just too depressing to think otherwise. And if your life is so boring and simple then fuck technology and go live your life without it. Do you have wishes, dreams and hopes? Could you tell me what is the point in fullfilling those if in the end it would have no meaning anyway? I wouldn't mind if I was to die in ten years, one day, or in ten minutes, because that's what life is; simply killing time until you reach the end of the line. Life is boring I agree on the animal part. But i guess sacrifices have to be made in order to gain information. Yeah. Humans are cruel, yet curious creatures, eh? I can't say you are not right or wrong. But your way of thinking is just too shallow and ''boxed''. I have actually thought like that as well. I'm not denying it. What i have realized this past few years of my life is that society forces us to ''fit in somewhere''. Almost exactly as you said. Heck, and that forcing starts since school. ''Listen to your teacher, be on time, do your damn work, and do this, do that..'' But actually, it's you who lives your own life. I think for people who are ''forced'' or ''bored'' goal in life should be to gain the confidence to break through those chains and start doing things you like. If you are going to die anyway, why not do something different from the rest? Because in the end, nothing really may not matter during your own life period. But things you have done might have great impact to the people's lives after you, so it's not a bad thing to dream big. :) |
