*a lone man in a white trench coat sat on a roch near a fountain in the middle of a small village his face in his hands he wasnt crying but thinking thinking hard on what he was about to do he looked up at the sky as it started to rain he had been given his first mission from the Yoru No Tsubasa but he was having a hard time starting it he hadnt realized until he had arrived at this village that was his home the magnitude of how hard on his trained mind this would be he stood up with his face turned towards the sky letting the rain fall on it an old man that was hobbling by as fast as he could to get into his house called out to him to hurry inside before he caught a cold but all he could do was look at the man with dead eyes as he shook his head and closed the door to his house*
Dare: is this really what im supposed to do......noone will answer my questions........
*suddenly someone opened the curtain to their house and looked at him with a shocked face it wasnt long before the man ran out into the rain*
Man: GIN!? Gin is that you!?
*the man arrived next to him*
Man: Gin what are you doing standing out here in the rain come inside quick before you get sick
Dare: hello brother......
*the man pulled him inside dryed him off as best he could before hugging him*
Man: its been so long since you visited Gin why are you here? where have you been? ahh where are my manners ill make some tea to warm you up take a seat while you wait.
*the man hurried out of the room into the kitchen to pour tea as Dare stood there his blank eyes staring at nothing*
Dare: why this.......
*the man came back into the room*
Man: here drink this it will warm you up
*dare took the cup but didnt drink he just stared at his reflection in the liquid as the rain got harder outside*
Man: wow its really coming down outside isnt it? Gin are you alright? your not in trouble or anything are you? i can keep you safe if someone is after you ok?
Dare: noone is after me...... there is no reason for someone to come looking for someone like me.
Man: ....well.....well what do you mean by that huh? your a good person and you will always have me and your girl right?
Dare: is mother doing ok.......... Saren?
Saren: mother died a few years ago... im sorry you couldnt have been here i tried to find you but couldnt im sorry Gin
Dare: its not your fault...its mine. Like i said there is noone who should come looking for me
Saren: why dont you stay here for a few days we can catch up and tell stories and-
Dare: goodbye brother.
Saren: what are you saying bro-
*his sentence was stopped short and he looked down to see a sword stuck through his chest*
Saren: Gin I-...I dont unde-Understand wh-why d-did you
Dare: because i am empty.
*Dare caught his brother before he hit the ground and carried him to the bed pulling the sheet over his head after closing his eyes and cleaning him up and crossing his arms*
*dare stumbled out of the house back into the rain*
Dare: GAH! UHHHHH! ahhhhh!
*he kept half walking half stumbling down the road*
Dare: im sorry....im sorry Saren im so sorry,im sorry im sorry
*these were the words he kept mumbling as he walked out of the village in the pouring rain he turned around once to look at the village quieting down and just looked at it for several long minutes before turning again and Trudging on*
*Dare walked for days without sleeping but no matter how far and long he walked the rain didnt go away he raised a hand out letting the water pool in it then he threw it away he continued walking and soon enough the rain turned to snow as he got into higher altitudes*
Mission 2: Comrade
*Dare continued climbing the mountain until he reached the summint and saw a cave with a flickering light comeing from it he clenched the hilt of his sword as he walked towards the mouth of the cave there was another man sitting on the ground near the fire with his back turned to him as he walked into it*
???: hello Gin....or i guess properly i should call you Dare......
Dare: Kazu Leonhart. My partner my friend....
Kazu: are here to make me disappear? are they no longer requiring my survices?
Dare: Kazu Leonhart the Dark Knight..... is to be taken care of by any means necessary
Kazu: heh well thanks for telling me the truth Gin... you were always the one i trusted most. well of course except rex......he gets special placement and all. i dont suppose you want to sit for a bit before we start?
Dare: sitting and talking will only make it harder to kill your mark the best way to take down an opponent is from behing before they know your there or if you must take them on in a head on encounter never let your opponent try to be your friend or it is all over.
Kazu: straight out of the book thats just like you gin. how is your brother do-
Dare: he is dead
Kazu: i see sorry i said anything i should have realized that that would be a test that messed up facility would give a soldier
*Kazu stood up taking his sword out of its scabbard as did dare*
Kazu: im sorry Gin but just because were friends wont mean im not going to put up a fight....
Dare: i want you to try to kill me before my next mission starts. however the mission stands Kazu.
*the two men stood stared eachother down before charging eachother their swords clashed sending sparks throughout the room as the started a terrifying clash their sword hitting eachother so fast that it almost all sounded like one long sound Kazu kicked Dare in the chest making him land on his back outside the cave kazu jumped up angled his sword downward and then thrusted downward with all his might stabbing at dare who rolled to the side to avoid it kazus blade sunk deep in the rock and he started trying to pull it out as dare swung his sword at him Kazu rolled away to avoid it and dare pursued him stabbing at him Kazu tipped to the side to dodge it then swung his fist upwatd connecting with Dares chin making him stumble then did a spin kick knocking the sword out of his hand and it slid almost to the edge of the cliff Dare then tackled him and kicked his legs up to send dare flipping past him Dare landed next too his sword which he picked up quickly looking up we saw that kazu had pulled his blade free*
Kazu: you were always good at fighting Dare and you sure as hell can take a punch i hurt my hand and your going just fine
Dare: we were trained together you should know that already
Kazu: true but it doesnt hurt to point out accomplishments
*they charged at eachother again kazu stabbed this time and dare knocked the blade down with his and dragged his sword upwards slashing at Kazus throat Kazu leaned back to dodge it but over extended his balance falling backwards and dare thrusted his sword downwards kazu let go of his sword and instead used his hands to catch the sides of the sword stopping it an inch from his face they struggled like that for a few seconds before kazu moved his head letting the blade stab the ground where it had been he then swung his legs full circle knocking dare off his feet and picked up his sword and got ready to press the attack but dare had already rolled to his feet so they once again went into a flurry of swings creating enough sparks to be able to see the area fairly easily in the darkness of the night before they both used a heavy swing smashing their swords together fighting to gain ground as they had ended up next to the cliff*
Kazu: this isnt looking good your gaining on me Gin i always got tired before you i was kind of hoping that that initial attack would catch you now i dont think i can win...
Gin: keep trying Kazu i want you to kill me so i dont have to do my next mission...
Kazu: im trying cant you tell friend?
*they charged eachother clashing several times Kazu looked at his sword as a large chip came out of it and gin slashed in that moment kazu was fast enough to avoid that being the killing blow but he got a deep cut on his side*
Kazu: im not sure whats gonna give out first me or my sword..
*Dare pointed his blade up then slashed downwards sending a shockwave at kazu who dodged but was clipped again and the wave continued on to cut off a large portion of the cliff they were fighting on*
*Dare charged as Kazu stumbled stabbing at him kazu jumped to the side but was too slow wincing as the blade peirced through his right arm panting kazu took his sword in his left and charged at Dare the got in another flurry but this time their was a clear winner because as they faught several cuts started appearing on kazu but he kept it up as long as he could until dare reached up with his sword again then slashed Kazu tried to dodge and there was a flash of light and once dare could see again kazu was stumbling backwards and the top half of his sword fell off and a line appeared on his chest which spurted blood*
Kazu: well looks like thats all she wrote... *he said couphing up a large amount of blood* .... im glad you were the one that killed me *he was gasping for air* at least this way i get too die among friends *he stumpled back again* good by Gin...see you in another life goodby.....rex *was his last words as he fell backwards over the cliff*
Dare: im sorry Kazu......... Mission Successful target two eliminated commencing mission 3.
*he picked up the peices of kazus sword and placed them on a ledge in the cave he would go search for kazus body but it would take days to find and he didnt have enough time*
Dare: goodbye kazu
Mission 3: Daughter and Lover
Dare: I am empty.....i am noone.......i am empty....i am noone
*Dare continued walking it had been a week since his first mission and he hadnt slept yet but there was no way he was going to be sleeping any time soon with his next mission he walked on through a dense forest he was sick from exhaustion and stress as he climbed over a fallen tree that was blocking the path most people wouldnt have known it was there but it was a path he knew well as it led to his second home where his wife and daughter lived*
Dare: mission 3.....active.
*he tripped on a branch and landed hard on the ground his vision was spinning from lack of sleep he rolled onto his back and stared at the cloudy sky through the tree tops it had stopped raining but the black clouds werent any better he pulled himself up leaning against a tree for support as he stared in the direction he was supposed to go he knew if he kept walking that way he would see his cabin soon he wanted to turn away and run as fast as he could but the training the facility had put him through would make sure he would complete his mission unless he was dead if his legs were broken he would crawl there if his arms were broken he would scoot there unless he was defective which he was not so he continued walking*
Dare: i am empty...and soon... i will be noone.... i have no sadness....no hate.....no happiness...no love i am a tool to be used when needed and i am needed now
*he walked on in the direction he was supposed to go a few hours later there was more people walking that way people from the same facility they walked up to the house and sitting out front was Dare staring at his bloody hands*

Dare: all.......targets eliminated
???: alright lets get you back you are going to be purged now ok? and all of this will go away alright?
*dare didnt answer just sat staring at the ground and the men picked him up while one went inside to confirm the mission was done*

Leon Takahashi's Story
Leon: I will no longer be myself after the purge.... heh not like i am myself anymore now after the fail safe they put on me either do the mission or watch your body tear itself up trying to complete it against your will. Even then your mind can only handle so much pain before it will force itself and your body to do what it needs to to stop the pain. Perfect soldier what a joke we are monsters and no one can say otherwise.... they point at a child and say kill we have to obey the purge is just a way for them to tell themselves they are showing mercy to us.. when in fact it is evil to forget the things that we do. Its basically saying it doesnt matter what i do to people cause in a year i will forget what i have done. But some things shouldnt be forgotten let alone forgiven.
*Leon looked at the ring on his middle finger and clenched his teeth it had belonged on the necklace of the woman he loved*
Leon: How could she still look me in the eyes and say "i love you" while bleeding to death under the point of my sword
*he made a fist out of his hand and stood up looking around at the burning huts and piles of bodies around him he walked over to a pile of rubble picking up a torn teddy bear looking at it*
Leon: who did this belong to? why did they deserve to die? what child could have possible done something so terrible that fate chose them to never grow up encounter love have a family of their own... No not fate they are dead because of me i shouldnt try to pass on the guilt.
*he tossed the bear on one of the fires and watched it burn then turned around hearing a noise seeing someone burned and wounded trying to crawl away he walked over and finished them off whoever they were and threw the body on the burn pile*
Leon: How can i just sit back and say mission complete when so many innocent people had to die to achieve it. maby i couldve done something to not complete the mission found some way out of my binds... no it is my destiny to be a killer
*leon walked over to the entrance to the village picking up his things that he had thrown down when he had started his mission he walked out of the village down the path after a while he came across a stream which he stopped at to clean himself off he was far enough away that he could barely see the stream of smoke from the village that had been "evacuated due to a fire threat. Only those who refused to leave had burned" *
Leon: What a sick joke. People are fed what they are needed to in order to keep them loyal. And since its the only news they have access to its what they have to believe. If only they knew how corrupted things were
*he finished cleaning himself and walked a few more feet upstream to fill his bottle then continued on down the road looking at a far off mountain*
Leon: the corruption reaches even the farthest mountain peak and the Yoru no Tsubasa soldiers are the able hands of the corruptors....
*he passed by a man who waved smileing at him and he forced a smile and a wave back at him*
Leon: if only people knew what monsters we truely were they would gather up their torches and pitchforks and hunt us down. If only i could tell them because its what we deserve after what we have done
*he looked at the katana hanging from his belt it wasnt long enough to be considered a Dai Katana but it was much longer than a normal one as well he had made this sword with his own hands with the thought i will be taking thousands of innocent lives im going to take them with a tool i made he couldnt count how many people he had killed so far of course he wasnt good at counting but it was a lot and this last village had been the hardest yet as he had spent his whole life in it other than the few years of training he had been put through he was a late addition most people taken to the Yoru no Tsubasa were children or infants to be trained their entire life because of this he had been purged before hand but he had somehow kept several memories and refused to forget several others *
Leon: Mission complete moving on to next objective
"I just needed something to believe in, now I can make the future that Yoru no Tsubasa promises....A reality"
Yumiko's story
???: You will be the youngest member of the Unknown. You have brought yourself honor Yumiko Saito.
Yumiko: You mean I can help save the world by doing what you say? This will make everyone happy?
???: That is one of the goals of our faction yes.
*Yumiko was a mere ten years old when her initiation happened she had been given special blood and survived the youngest person ever to take it also being the first female she had a lot riding on her shoulders she had heard the stories of the other members of the Unknown. Five official members were given that title Dare Mo and Leon were the most known current members Suzaku was supposed to become one if he hadnt gone insane so the title to someone else and she now claimed another of the titles she wished she knew more about the Unknown but even among members of the Yoru No Tsubasa that particular group was a mystery told as a story to the younger members she was proud of herself. Or at least she figured the feeling was similar to pride. It was a the knowledge she had done something very good and was now being rewarded*
Yumiko: I will do anything you need master. I will make you proud of me. Ask anything and I will do it as fast and perfectly as I can that way you will be proud of me.
???: I am proud of all the children of Yoru No Tsubasa but I have high hopes for you.
Yumiko: I promise I wont let you down. What is my mission give me a mission.
???: there really isnt anything to be done at the moment
Yumiko: Please you have to find something I can do for you!
???: Alright I need you to take out a small village of uprisers. They intend to attack the Yoru No Tsubasa and need to be taken care of.
Yumiko: They want you hurt you master? I will destroy them all! Where are they!
???: Calm down. They are to the west. on a small island just off the coast. I will arrange transportation to cross the water once you get there.

Suzaku's Story

*suzaku heard his numbers that marked him as the 125th subject of the Yoru no Tsubasa and opened his eyes he was in a completly white room save the color of the other people in the room the light reflected off the white surface making it hard to see he looked over to see another of the subjects the one calling his name her name was Senna even though they werent supposed to have names unless they were given one for a mission they had given eachother names through their friendship*
Senna: Suzaku are you awake? hey Suzaku
*Suzaku closed his eyes again*
Suzaku: yes... im awake Senna what do you want?
Senna: are you scared about tommarow? its supposed to be a really big test.... and im kinda scared what if we dont pass?
Suzaku: we arent supposed to have fear Senna
Senna: yeah but you know they messed up on us when they did that thats why we are such good friends we are the only ones who arent Zombies
*Suzaku Sighed*
Suzaku: so thats why your waking me up? because your scared of some stupid test? dont be if i have too ill do good enough for both of us to pass we always get put on the same team anyways so what are you worried about?
Senna: i dont know its just i got a weird feeling
*Suzaku opened his eyes and sat up looking at the door Senna was also looking at it soon all the other people in the room were doing the same and soon the door opened*
???: Barrack 12 you have been assigned to the Yoru No Ysubasa's Pharaoh Division. you will now be tested everyone come with me
*everyone got up and started filing through the door Suzaku and Senna stuck to the back and she grabbed his hand as they followed the group into*
Senna: the Pharaoh Division? which one was that again
Suzaku: god your dumb... the Pharaohs are the ones that can see the future although i dont know about you but ive never had any visions or anything so im not sure how they can say we belong there although you and me are the best in the group so i figure we can do whatever they want us too right?
Senna: yeah i guess your right
*she fidgeted with her coat that had the same pattern on it as the akatsuki used to wear she had it over her battle uniform that they all had to wear*
Suzaku: why did you make that stupid jacket you know they wont let you keep it after this test is over we are supposed to be purged meaning no sentimental objects will be allowed.
Senna: i really admired the Akatsuki sure they were wrong in their actions but what they stood for they really wanted the world to be a better place i think...
Suzaku: your weird they were all super criminals
Senna: its whats on the inside that counts i think
*she said poking him in the chest*
???: 00118 and 00125 you are going to be in one area
Suzaku: told you we would be in the same group.
Senna: how do you do that Suzaku!? are you sure you dont get any Prophecies or anything?
Suzaku: i already told you no
*they were then pulled into different rooms suzaku looked around and the only thing in it was a chair with straps on the arms and legs and a table with a syringe and red liquid in it he was told to take a seat he did and was strapped in *
???: 00125 this here *he motioned to the needle* contains your power... im going to inject you with it and if all goes as planned you will continue on to the test understood?
*suzaku nodded and the needle was stuck into his arm and the contents emptied*
???: it will take a while to kick in this was filled with the blood of a race that was around long ago. their records of course were destroyed to prevent anyone finding out about them.
Suzaku: so why are you telling me?
???: you will be purged after the test if you survive anyways so it doesnt matter what i tell you know.
Suzaku: what do you mean surv-
*his eyes widened and he started screaming in pain as his body was racked with pain and he started thrashing around uncontrollably thousands apon thousands of images slashing through his brain in seconds but he couldnt make anything out because he was in to much pain he thought he saw Senna at one point but he figured that was his mind trying to focus on anything other than this unbearable pain he looked over at the man who was just standing there writing something down after several long minutes the pain subsided and his thrashing stopped he could only guess that whatever this was had killed him until he heard a voice talking to him*
???: 00125 can you hear me?
Suzaku: Senna?
???: good your awake seems like you survived... do you feel any different
*suzakus eyes finally focused and he shook his head*
???: hmm it might be a while before it kicks in
*the man unstrapped him and forced him to his feet shoving him out another door suzaku looked around and he was completly alone Senna wasnt there neither were any of the others he started to get worried as an hour passed when another door opened and senna was shoved through it falling to her knees when she saw him she got up and ran to him with a hug*
Senna: are you ok?
Suzaku: im fine stop worrying about me. what about you?
Senna: i hurt everywhere the injected me with something weird and i started to hurt a lot....
Suzaku: bastards what did they do too us?
*the walls suddenly opened revealing several of the instructors*
???: only two survived?
???: thats correct just these two 00118 and 00125 they both have extremly high marks the highest weve ever seen
???: but did they take to the injection?
Senna: im scared Suzaku *she whispered grabbing his hand*
Suzaku: what do you mean only we survived? where is everyone else?
???: their bodies rejected the foriegn element and there bodies tore themselves apart trying to get it out.
Suzaku: WHAT! WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT TO US!
???: why is he yelling? is it a reaction to the blood did he get his emotion back?
???: thats never been recorded before... 00125 what did you see when you were given the blood?
Suzaku: i...dont know it was like a bunch of images of different things i couldnt make any of them out
???: 00118 what did you see?
Senna: well i.... didnt see anything i just felt a lot of pain an-
???: the blood didnt work she has no visions get rid of her
Suzaku: WHAT!? what do you mean GET RID OF HER!
???: take 00125 to study and find out why he still shows emotion and kill the girl she is unnecessary
Suzaku: RUN SENNA!
*she turned and started to run but was almost instantly stabbed from all sides by several knights Suzakus eyes widened as her hand went limp and her eyes started to lose color and tears welled up in his eyes*
Senna: im scared Suzaku....i...dont...want to die
Suzaku: AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!
*his terror turned to rage as he takled one of the nights grabbing his sword stabbing him with it the group of knights turned to fight Suzaku but were struck with the sheer weight of his hate enough to shock them enough that he was able to slay several of them before they could start moving one appeared behind suzaku stabbing at him suzaku jerked his head to the side and the mans blade soured by stabbing the knight that was in front of suzaku before the one that had accidentaly stabbed his friend could pull his sword out suzaku spun and fell him as well*
???: STOP HIM!
*several more of the blade instructors surrounded him and he looked among them standing over Senna protecting her*
Suzaku: Ill kill YOU ALLLL!
*the group charged him and several images flashed through suzakus head and his body moved on instinct dodging the incredible flurry of slashes that came at him while also keeping senna from getting more hurt but he could tell that she wasnt going to last from the images that was going through his head so he took down the two closest instructors and bent down throwing her over his shoulder and he started to run cutting down anyone that got in his way*
???: forget catching him just kill him in any way possible!
*Suzaku ran through the branching hallways everything looked similair and the place was absolutly massive. he didnt know where he was going since the subjects wernt allowed to wander around without an instructor present several more images flashed in and he knew that this was exactly the reason in case someone tried to escape he ran through the hallways following his instincts and the images shown him*
Senna: Su..za..ku i cant...see.......anymore... whats happening?
Suzaku: Were outside the building Senna we made it out were free!
Senna: im glad....I got to...go ...outside...even once...before..
*Suzaku had lied they were still inside the facility but he knew she was fading fast and wanted her to think she had gotten off the facility even once*
Senna: Suzaku......what...does...it look....like
Suzaku: its amazing Senna there are trees everywhere and birds and streams of water the sky is so blue!
Senna: it...sounds......beautiful...
*Suzaku hadnt been paying attention while trying to explain what the "outside" looked like and ran right into a trap his eyes widened as he saw a massive crossbow like thing at the end of the hall way suddenly several images of blood and pain flashed through and then he felt it the large arrow drive into his chest drive him back and impale him sticking him to the wall senna was thrown from his grasp and landed on the floor his vision flickered has he tried to reach her with his hand*
"The Yoru No Tsubasa will make it so we can finally go home. Where we belong. Isnt that right? Kana?
???: They banished us simply because we found a way around the limits of the human body. They feared us so the disposed of us.... Well I will not simply stand by and let them get away with that Kana! I am going to bring us back home!
Kana: Dont you see what you are doing? You say you want to bring us back home but you have sacrificed everyone in order to attain that dream.
???: No you are wrong! They live on in the new vessels! their blood and spirit have simply moved into a new body. They live on as Dare Mo, Leon Takahashi, Yumiko Saito, and the rest are all in Lycarus! They are still alive!
Kana: they are not the same how could they be? You purged their minds over and over until there is nothing left.
???: you will thank me when we can go back home and be together again you will see. The others saw it thats why they let me do this, they knew it was the only way for us all to go back!
Kana: Is going back to do whatever you plan really enough to make up for losing everyone who you care about? Wouldnt it have been better to live in this new world together?
*The man yelled in rage*
???: I told you they arent gone!
Kana: Face it you killed all of our friends to achieve this goal!
???: No! They volunteered for this so we could go home and stop this evil.... And we will go Kana.
Kana: I will not be a part of this Yosuke. You said our friends volunteered and I admit that is true but even if i could condone that how can I sit by and allow thousands even millions of lives to be taken in order for this spell to activate?
Yosuke:..... You will be able to when the door is reopened. Even if I have to use the power of Judgment I will open that door!
Kana: You wouldnt dare make a pact with Judgment! It can not be controlled you know that!
Yosuke: Dont you get it? Judgement is the only being that has the power to match that many Tatsuyans.
Kana: And you would allow these peoples home to be destroyed in order to get what YOU WANT!?
Yosuke: If that is the cost I am willing to pay anything.
Kana: Your insane!
Yosuke: No I am not insane I just know more than you do. The truth is never easy to bear Kana. And this is something that must be done. I admit that most of it is simply for the greed of returning where we belong. Dont you feel our power dwindling? Every passing year we lose strength. You honestly believe that we can hold Judgment back forever? Eventually we will lose enough power that he will come back he will destroy this world and then ours as well
Kana: We were the ones that unleashed him in the first place! We were sent here as punishment for that! And how can you think of making a deal with him to destroy him! that is NOT how things work
Yosuke: No it will! I can trick him! He wont know Im lieing
