| @rose93 - it's okay- that's a good thing - if they all fall off the front page just pick whichever one you want - maybe you should bump one that hasn't had any activity in a while so they don't get tired of the same games - just do what you think is best though (: @IceDraconain - I could have made one up if you told me you couldn't get to it. Are you going to be able to make the pic and deliver them starting on Friday? I can still make the pic and help with deliveries if needed, but you need to tell me now bc it takes me longer than most to do graphics. I span it over a couple of days so I can go into it with fresh eyes at least 3 times. (since I'm not very good at it lol) |

| guys I'm sorry I haven't been around lately - I just got really busy all of sudden. when I have been on here I kept forgetting things. @jmonslayer - I never made a list b/c I think it's double work & I don't have time to keep up with maintaining it. Plus some people change their names a lot. If you'd like to use a list then it & the maintenance will be up to you. sorry However, do feel free to edit the instructions on the thread though, so people write out their own links or something that would be easier for you to keep up with if that's what you want to do. It's up to you & you don't have to keep a list if you don't want to. c= @SouLovE - i am on my laptop today & it's a hassle to update threads & etc, but when I do I will change you to hiatus. Thanks so much for letting us know & I understand about the busy part. You don't have to do the Mei character feature if you're busy. & I'll put a message on the seasonal card threads letting people know that their deliveries are going to be super late. Or do you think I should close your cards? Let me know about the feature & the cards as soon as you can. --Also Kittilicious was talking about hiring 2 people for most jobs or someone who can take over for whoever is on hiatus. | @SouLovE - it's okay about the seasonal cards - yea they opened when the mini-newsletter was sent - you should work on completing the old season cards (Autumn) first here: http://myanimelist.net/forum/?topicid=365949 I'm pretty sure you left off on the post that I edited to say SouLovE's cards at this point have been done & will be delivered soon - but i could be wrong - You could wait & do the new season's cards when you get back if you have to --- And I'll do the Mei feature so don't worry about that - I've taken the next two terms off of school so I def have more time. ^_^ OH & If the seasonal card maker job is too much to handle plz let me know & I'll open the position back up in the hiring thread to get someone to take over that job. I know it can get overwhelming, especially since you are already a great feature writer. @IceDraconian - Your job won't start again til just before May. The new season starts April 1st. The new polls will open April 14th. And, the Spring newsletter will go out April 28th weekend. I'll add a short schedule to the Staff deadline section so everyone will be on the same time frame. I won't put you on hiatus unless you become busy then, but I won't bug you either. :D Come April 1st I'll make sure we hit 500 members though with invites & we'll be doing a 500 LE if you want to join. It'll be sometime that week & send out staff updates when it's time. @jmonslayer - ok - I would keep up with it if I had the time, but I don't. | Hi staff! I'm sorry, I've been super duper busy these last few weeks dealing with the new move, work and a new puppy! I've been trying to get my bearings so that I can get back into a routine like I once had.......Anyway, I am hoping to be back ready to work by next week. I have lots and lots of cards to do and looks like the LE 500+ will be happening shortly. @Ginger, please let me know if there is anything else you need of me besides fulfilling my card requests and making two new ones for the 500+ thread. Luckily, I have reduced down my work schedule and it will be taking in effect this Monday. I also am going on a small vacay for four days from April 5th-8th. I'll have my 500+ cards for you sometime next week. :-) |

| @all staff who are participating in the 500 LE thread I so forgot about the 500 LE. My cards are mostly finished but I didn't remind anyone & no one has turned theirs in. So I'm going to extend it til this weekend. Everyone try to get your card(s) done by this Monday! @jmonslayer - we won't be needed your service til then - same as usual though - i'll comment you when it's ok to send them & then you get to it when you can - thx :D |
