Almost never, and definitely not in the summers xD

I only go to gym classes sometimes and walk home from the train station after school. And amazingly enough I only weigh 105 pounds O_o

Lets see.... exercise? besides running around like an idiot outside with friends i don't do any sports... so not much exercise... close to none. Thanks to my amazing buddy, Speedy Metabolism, I don't need to!!

Just quit Martial Arts... The only exercise I do now is working out with weights about twice a week.

Wow 2-3 hours! How do you feel at the end of it.

Its the summer so i try to some excercise everyday but only 45 minutes :P

Besides my job as a teachers aid that more or less keeps me on my feet, I take a deep cardio aqua course twice a week ;mainly due to a standing doctor's suggestion to keep my weight down due to damage on my back from going through cancer; I lift small arm weights some times while I'm surfing the web, and does playing DDR regularly count?

I am way out of shape. I used to run competitively in high school. :P

Nowadays I just ride my bike to commute and get around town. Sometimes I lift weights and do pushups and situps. I plan to start an official regimen next week. :P

I usually motivate myself by signing up for races. 5Ks, 10ks, marathons...

Seeing as how my school is huge and it takes about 10 minutes to get to my classes, I walk a lot. I also do marching band in the fall so I get a lot of exercise during the day.

Regularly? I have dance classes, I walk just about everywhere, I have a pool that helps out, and I exercise with my brother about 2 times a week in my neighbors garage gym, :3

Laziness, one of my worst enemies, second only to procrastination, or maybe its the other way around...
But yea, I hardly ever exercise, walking for some distances is about the only 'exercise' I get.
And I'm amazed that I am not overweight

Update on my earlier post...I've kept at it! I do a varying amount of exercise every day of the week, incorporating cardio, muscular and flexibility workouts, adding up to at least 4 hours a week. I also walk almost everywhere, and always use the stairs instead of the lift. I'm feeling so much more energetic!

Now, just about everyday. Pretty much whenever I have time I'll bike. Yes, I am a hardcore road racer. I've participated in a few races, never placed though, but I've finished the courses.

My "in shape" self and "sedentary" self only varies by 5 lbs. :P
I think I'll aim for 4 hours a week too.

I definitely don't exercise as much as I should. Right now it's only the occasional walk or bike ride. I have been wanting to start a weight lifting routine to tone my body as of late, but I need to figure out exactly what it'll be comprised of before I start doing anything!

A semester before I entered high school. I joined the track team and ran long distance races (1600m, 3200m). I went from 138 lbs to 120 :P

Atm, Im exercising every weekday by going to the gym and then pool. Occasionally break up the routine with some football or tennis but thats heavily reliant on our British weather not sucking for once in a while...

I do very simple toning exercises when I wake up everyday - just to keep the flab away. I only drink water so I don't really have to do anything to stay in shape. Go me!

Lol i know what you're talking about, but it only goes so far. Besides marching band i try to exercise an hour or two every day. I gotta stay in my best condition since i do parkour and and little breakdancing

i just started freerunning again, so that adds to my exercise. once school starts itll be a lot easier to get to the gym 5-6 days a week compared to my 3-5 during the summer when i have work =(

got a new ipod armband for running too, so that makes me happy haha.

everyday now. im on a weight-gaining program so its necessary to work out. progress surely is something that i've been quite fond of lately... just to see that i have accomplished something (bulkier and more defined) is more than enough.

i used to for about 2 -3 hours every day for soccer. but i don't play anymore, so now i just run when i can, (which isn't nearly as often as i would like.) i really miss it tho.

I try to get out on my bike when I can. I also manage to get a lot of walking just during the day going between classes and whatnot. Other than that, I don't go out of my way to exercise really. I probably should, though it's not like I need to lose weight.

About two or three times a week. I should add cardio, but I get too lazy and I hate running around this neighborhood. It's not that dangerous but my friends are always like "Why are you walking there? It's dangerous! OMGZ," which prevents me from running. I normally like running, too.
