know anywhere to buy cheap manga in malaysia?

Assalamualaikum & Hi everybody!

I just wanna ask if any of you know anywhere whether via online or not to buy a cheap manga, I just buy an english version of Ore Monogatari from Kinokuniya, cost me RM45 a volume. I'm not really loaded so for the sake of my favorite shojo I'm still buy it... no regret... (urgh....)

I know the malay translation is cheap (around RM5-10) but they dont just translate my favorite manga. Maybe you think that I should just read online but I really love to hold a book in my hand (there is no active scanlation of ore monogatari)... please help me a bit guys... TQ.

p/s: maybe this is kind of tough request, its ok if you guys know some international shop too. I try amazon/ebay, there is some cheap used manga but the shipment cost is too expensive...

@esofdiamon Kinokuniya is your best bet man! It depends on what you're looking for. English can be quite expensive. Japanese RAWs would be much cheaper. However, I noticed that Kinokuniya often does promotion at the end or early of the month. Early this month, they had 15% off on all of their products. So, you can watch out for that! I would like to stress here that, they can all be quite pricey still... Be prepare to watch your wallet bleed!

Chinese translation is almost at the same price with the ori one rm22-rm25 around that price...not more than 30....learn chinese or japanese and save money XD rm50 per volume is nuts......if whole series 13 volumes....wow hah expensive as heck

Guess I'm nuts because I'm planning to go buy Tokyo Ghoul manga series for like RM50 per volume. (>.>) And the whole series is 14 volumes.

I'm interested in learning japanese, but yeah... you need quite a determination to do that for the sake of manga... & to save some money a bit.

just found some interesting shop, https://www.facebook.com/comicparadise07/ it sell english manga with only RM10. Its bootleg actually but the quality is still good.

@esofdiamon Oooo I know the feeling! Especially the smells of new books and old books. Their physical feels are also something nice to have. I saw Kinokuniya having an end of the year sale. Have you checked them out?

I really cant afford english manga from kinokuniya dude, they are too expensive. Even discount is just around 10-15% and its not really have any different at all. Now I have found a lot of good news from FB , there is a lot of comic seller there, a lot of understanding fans who produce a good quality bootleg manga (just like VIZ MEDIA) at price around 10 to 30, and I also bought manga from indonesia (they produce a lot of title and its licensed!) . Actually I really want to support my favorite mangaka by buying their original work but I need to be rich to do that & they are already rich enough by the way... >_<

there is cheap chinese manga sell at fb page comic paradise, there is some malay manga too.

For cheap english manga, you can go to website bookurve, bookdepository or bookxcess.
