Looking for a manga I lost the name of.

Ok, so theirs this one manga I was reading but I forgot the name of it recently and I can't seem to remember and it's driving me crazy.

It's about this kid who's in high school that loves to box he used to live on an island and recently moved to tokyo where he got into a fight the second he got there and ended up meeting a girl (who later on you find out is one of his childhood friends) he seems to instantly notice her, later he finds he's in the same school/class as this girl but the school only has a handful of guys due to just turning into a co-ed school. The girls pretty much run the school until he forms a boxing club and shows the girls what the guys are capable of.

Anyone know what manga I'm talking about? Thanks for all your help :D
