Anime similar to Shakugan No Shana/Toaru Majutsu no Index

Hi, just like in the title I'm wondering if there are any anime similar to Toaru or Shakugan that I haven't seen. I'm in the mood for a series like that but can't seem to find any, thanks!

What exactly did you like in those shows? Like for Shana, was it the romancey-ness, the hidden world stuff, or what? Fate/Stay Night and Busou Renkin are remarkably similar to it in most aspects, but with the action cranked up to eleven. Elemental Gelade and Eureka Seven capture the same "battle couple" sort of thing. If you liked the fights and "I see dead people" thing, maybe Yu Yu Hakusho is more your thing. If you liked the female being a tsundere bitch, then maybe you'd like Zero no Tsukaima more.

Also, even though it's pretty much nothing like either show, I'm sure someone's going to recommend you Legend of the Galactic Heroes, and they'll do it even though my post is here because they won't even bother reading it.

Oh, sorry, you're right, I should have been a little more specific. I guess I'm looking for a show similar to both of those show in the sense that they'd have something like
A) a school setting
B) Romance, but not harem
C) Good action that actually relates and adds to the story
D) Either a Supernatural or technological premise, I would rather have technological, and what I mean by that is something like the semi futuristic setting of Toaru.
E) Although not as important, if one of the characters has that sarcastic, snarky, comedic attitude. (like Kyon from TMOHS, or Tomoya from Clannad. Also, I realize Shakugan doesn't have that, I would also count Touma as one of these though.)

ill recommend 11eyes although this isnt really a good series well to me its watchable and it gives the same feelings as Index and Shakugan but fate stay night is a must see.

if u need some manga recommendations i can give a lot

I highly suggest you to watch
"Kaze no Stigma"
although it doesnt fit the A criteria -no school-surrounding-

But you will still like it

Beware that by watching 11 eyes you will have to put up with one of the worst characters ever, and you might drop it in frustration "WHEN IS SHE GONNA DIE?"

Also LOL @ "Someone will recommend LOGH" ... So true, its hilarious how people always find a way to fit LOGH into any recommendation thread

Anyway, actually I would recommend anything with a tsundere voiced by Rie... They all have about the same feel to it
