| This is the plan: You will submit 1 picture in this thread bi-weekly that you would like to see as the Kotomi Ichinose Fanclub Display Picture (DP). We will select the first 8 pictures submissions and put them in a poll, then you will vote for the 1 picture that you want to be the DP (the poll will be open for 7 days). If your picture is not chosen as the DP that is among the selections in the poll, and you want to use it again, you will have to resubmit that picture. Once a Kotomi image is chosen as the winner, that picture cannot be the display pic again in the following contest. Last Winner (this image can't be submitted this contest) Basically this will be on a first come first serve basis. So if you're picture doesn't get selected for the poll, it will have to wait till the next voting phase. Remember, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SUBMIT MORE THAN 1 PICTURE PER WEEK. |
