Dunno what to think about this Anime.
First Episode was really nice.
Then the Anime became 85% Talk and nothing really happening + Main Character becomes a side Character
and
15% (maximum) Battles which end so fast you cant even get motivated.

Could also be a Slice of Life Anime.

it's absolute 💩, mc didn't even feel like mc, mc was like random npc, animation, background visuals, characters dynamic, dialogs, everything was 💩 idk why some stupid people were hyping this 💩 up

It's hard to put what I feel into words but legit I have never seen such an isekai MC and I mean it in a very negative way. It feels like the show wanted to be everything yet accomplished nothing. They wanted an OP protag (Shelved him because having him around resolves most of the issues so they dont make him proactive), they wanted to create world building but the world building is just POV from other characters with not much interesting going on and most of the side characters are extremely boring to watch. Then now they're delving into political struggle as well gg.

I can count on one hand how many times the MC actually did something meaningful to the world/contributed to progression of the plot. They might as well just change the title of the novel to something else and there would be no difference at all. We all want to see the Water Magician do things but imagine having your protag be an NPC that serves as a deus ex machina that just appears randomly when the author want him to resolve something.

I have plenty to rant but I might as well save my time to watch some other better shows. All I see in this anime/light novel is a wasted potential.

I like how the story is building.
MC requests is to "live slow life" when reincarnated.

MC learns magic in almost absolute seclusion and using archaic / forgotten or original method.
(original cause idea came from "Michael")IMO

I believe MC's method of training and also using magic is a huge part of why he's so powerful in comparison to other humans.

MC's demeanor, meaning I want to see how much his "slow life" agenda will be interrupted and how he responds.(like the fight with Oscar and threatening to freeze Abel) 1st time he got angry if I'm not mistaken.

And the little taste we get of "AKUMA"!
I want to see more of this race and what they can do.

I can't wait to see more Elves.

I am undecided on The Dullahan.

I need a REWATCH but so far this was a great build up for what I believe will be great Anime and I'm reading the Manga to see what happens cause I already can't wait.

it tries not to be basic trash isekai. it did, but it didn't show anything promising

its like 12 episode of introduction. it shows multiple characters and hinting something deeper but refuse to continue and jump to the next character

Yeah idk wtf is going on. It started strong but after episode 4 it's just pointless time wasting bullshit. The "main character" spends 90% of his time in the fucking library off screen, or fucking about during major events. Is he even the main character? It's just like some rando wandering around avoiding most major events entirely or the majority of such events due to screwing about so much. Even had a full episode of some rando's backstory when we don't even have MC's backstory, nor any reason to care about said rando.
