I'm not really full fledged otaku, I like to play video games, but are no longer addicted to them, I have read manga but generally prefer to watch anime, and I don't mind dubs as long as they try to translate not just the words but the cultural equivalents of things, and don't water down the moment.

I also have some fan art that I get a good laugh out of seeing pop up time to time circulating around the internet. I use this alias pretty generically, and I have never seen anyone else use it.

Also, I don't watch anime BECAUSE its anime or from japan. I watch anime because I can't stand crap like spongebob, and other shows such as family guy have grown stale, also I find that anime comes in the widest breadth of genre, and the 13/26 episode format is a lot better for story telling then a serialized show (or even most movies unless they happen to be like LOTR, 3hr+ trilogy which is actually pretty damn close to the 26 episode format... LOL)

My guilty pleasure is bleach, but I haven't watched it in many months because all the other shows I watch are better :P

And my guilty pleasure: Having a Bleach poster on my bedroom wall, lol. It just looks cool...
