Assuming it’ll stay as 1 chapter to 1 episode, then it’ll take 24 more episodes to finish Egghead, but then you have fillers with recaps. So very early next year it’ll end.

Anime adapts one episode per half of the ch if I'm not mistaken. I think they started doing that at the beginning of the Wano arc

That is correct so close to 40 to 50+ episodes might be more likely

They’ve gotten better doing 1 chapter per episode for Egghead. I cant remember the start but from the end of part 1 to now it’s been consistently 1:1.

I think you can take break after kuma’s past story . After then the screenplay will be shifted to some new things if you want you can take break there . And i think it will take ankther 40 to 45 episodes to end this arc so maybe it will take another 10 to 11 months

If you want to watch again, you could also just watch until episode 1122.

That's where the last hiatus began.
From then on, Toei Animation released a remastered version of Fishman Island.

The hiatus ended in April this year.
And the anime continued from episode 1123 then.

So, like I already said at the beginning, you can watch until episode 1122.

And then after that you can wait until Egghead ends in the anime. (it's not known/clear when Egghead will exactly end in the anime)

Yeah man i will take 7 months upto , because of the breaks, even we got break next week also now so next episode will air in the end of july that means only one episode is left for july . But its still long way to go till feb

Egghead arc in the anime might finish at around January or February 2026. Toei has been doing breaks for every 3-5 episodes recently ever since they finished their 6-month hiatus. My guess is that they're also trying to create a steady gap from the latest manga chapter to the latest episode that will air weekly, to ensure that they won't catch up to the manga quickly.

For those who are not aware, episode 1137 will air on July 27th, not on July 20th. That's two weeks from now hence there's going to be another break but there will be NO recap special next week.

The quality of the weekly episodes have been nothing short of amazing but I think Toei is also making sure that their staff gets a good amount of rest & breathing room so they won't overwork themselves, to ensure that they can consistently produce cinema-quality episodes for the upcoming climax of Egghead arc.

tl;dr - Highly possible that there might be breaks for the anime for every 3-5 episodes from here onwards hence Egghead arc might end at around January or February 2026.

only 23 chapters left to animate, so depending on the route they go since episodes post kuma flashback episodes* have entered in pre/post production stage after that hiatus decision, most likely 12 eps left or 18 or 23.
