after Kuroiwa Medaka is Impervious to My Charms was confirmed to get a 2nd season, now this? Don't get me wrong, I'm sure those 13 fans of this show were jumping in their seats when s2 was announced, but this is ridiculous. Many (good) anime don't get fully adapted, but this is something everyone lives with when it comes to romance anime. But when something like this gets a 2nd season announced right after it airs the last episode is the most unjust thing ever.

Obviously it was planned to be 2 cours from the beginning, season 2 wasn't announced because of how "popular" this anime is, but at the same time they didn't tell us it would be 2 cours, they kept it a secret, which would indicate that season 2 is dependant on reception, yet here we are. Doesn't make much sense to me.

This last episode was normal relative to the rest of the show and sets up a Kizuki vs Shin rivalry for season 2 which honestly could be interesting, but I don't expect anything from this anime.

What does Kuroiwa Medaka and this have in common?

Both are co-produced by Cringyroll, while actual good anime that CR has co-produced like fugukan and Amagami-san don't get a sequel...

yeah, it's so true. so i don't think it really matters that shoujo's also start getting sequels, even if it's not really that much good.
(Though it really hurts that Honey Lemon Soda's sequel didn't announced 😿)

i fully agree, but why can't GOOD shoujos or any good romance get season2 tho, why must it be these 2 qq

@MadanielFL, they care about Japanese who watch and read, not us.

Still I like the anime so much and also manga is very good! I will watch the second season!!

Lord, this was one of the last animes I expected to get a season 2 from this season. I genuinely believed that this would get the same treatment as a majority of other shoujo adaptions, but apparently not.
