Wait wait wait, did this show really just do a fade to black implication that he actually slept with her?

Episode 1

Kenichi got isekaied after a stressful first 40 or so years years of his life (Arafo is short for Around 40, BTW), and the show fast-forwarded through the whole getting isekaied process seeing that it's all too commonplace these days (with the theme from Space Odyssey playing in the background).  So here he is, with his cheat skill of being able to buy anything online from Japan and having it instantly shipped to him.  His new items that are cheap from Japan become quite profitable in this world from clothespins to dishware, and even the woven mat he used for his stall fetched a good profit seeing that the cat beastfolk couldn't resist.  While I came in expecting it to be something like Campfire Cooking, this one is more laid-back than that show.  While the show isn't anything special, it's entertaining enough to be worth a look.

Giving shows a three-episode rule is getting to be a trend for me this season. A lot of shows just seem kind of okay maybe. Everything here is weak, but I haven't been actively annoyed so far.

WTF was up with that setup at the beginning? Looked like he died at his desk, then ended up Isekaied but was just living in the woods in a cabin with a tablet ordering stuff, the all of a sudden a fairly blinked his tablet out of existence and he figured out he was in another world with stat screens.

Of course the ordering stuff online into an isekai was already don with Campfire Cooking in Another World and the selling modern day Earth stuff in an isekai was done with Saving 80,000 Gold

Pretty standard isekai tropes for the "MC becomes a merchant" storyline. I could see watching a full season of this, but I don't see it being any better than a 5 or 6.

I noticed when he disappeared from his original world the pad he was holding fell to the ground there. But then in the new world he was still holding it before it disappeared. So I guess that's some kind of link between the two worlds or something.

So I went back and gave the beginning a second watch. Looked like he started out as a salaryman who almost died from overwork, then quit, moved to the wilderness and started growing his own food. It looked like he may have been still doing some kind of work remotely though. Then he got summoned by those trickster fairies, so he didn't die.

@zkeleton Yep that's what I took from it. But I also assumed he died and was isekaid and started at the cabin until he was ... isekaid.

Also, did he buy a condom? I would guess he did not.
