Possibly but it honestly depends on how many chapters they decide to adapt per episode.

it's highly unlikely that Wit would adapt entirety of the manga right now, because that would make Toei's recent work obsolete, and I don't think they would cooperate on a project with different studio that undermines their own work. Main reason that this adaptation is being made is that earlier arcs are very dated in Toei's version

ideally it'd be 2-3 chapters per episode which I don't think would be able to get covered in 6 years if they went non stop.

I reckon it'd take a good 10 years but it'll probably be longer than that since its seasonal

If they adapted 3 - 4 chapters an episode (like most modern anime do) then they would be able to cover all 1100 episodes in just over 310 episodes. That would take 6.5 - 7 years assuming it was weekly, which I doubt very much. As a seasonal anime it will likely take close to 10 years.

Hopefully they will do East Blue in 24 episodes or so, seems like a realisitic number of episodes and it would be a good place to leave a season 1 off at.
