Let's have a bingo asspull on what Gege would do to save his beloved Sukuna's ass like he used to over and over, it's either:
1. The Executioner's Sword would immediately vanished right before Yuji uses it to stab Sukuna as its owner, Higuruma, dies.
2. The death sentence won't work because Yuji isn't the user of its CT.
3. The death sentence works, but it kills Megumi instead.
4. Sukuna has more than 1 soul.

Hypothetically, excluding holidays and Gege's weekly breaks, if JJK ends in the end of December next year, then there's only around 30 chapters left, and you think that pathetic jump by Yuji would do shit on Sukuna? He hasn't even used that Shonen's arm yet, smh.

Yuji stabs Sukuna but it doesn’t work because he doesn’t have the cursed technique which follows the sword disappearing cuz Higuruma dies. Megumi then dies from the impact of Yuji’s blow because screw him I guess, and Sukuna uses his jujutsu to reveal he’s ALL the souls and proceeds to kaisen all over Yuji. The end.
