So after kenjaku bring out the maximum Uzumaki i think there's a big sudden change in panel like it didn't show how they escape and how it ended etc.

Most of the sorcerers present are Grade 1 and above. Plus, Kenjaku doesn't want to kill them yet, so he would let them go anyways.

The main goal of the Shibuya Incident was always to capture Gojo and, for Kenjaku, to get Mahito's technique for himself. Beyond that, he didn't want to kill anyone at that time.

Yeah kenjaku just wanted to unleash mayhem and fill all of Japan with tons and tons of curses, all for some plan that nobody knows what it is.
