Fair enough, on the culture out of the original meaning of its origin,
but to me, if we're speaking on technicality of its true meaning. Loli coming from the novel Lolita... Anyway, lol.

@waalex11 that's the first meaning, it evolved over time. nowadays, a loli is just a small girl, whether in age or height, it just means small girl. that's why tatsumaki, rebecca, taiga are considered loli. the porn aspect of it is also called loli, but that's because the websites in which you can find those is already implied to be porn. but in its basic form loli is just a SFW short girl

I really do believe that to be a loli, you dont only have to look like one, you also gotta act like one. Taiga does in no way, shape or form act the way a typical loli does. You wouldn't call a short person on the street a loli. If you don't think the personality of a character is important in the definition of a loli - I can't argue against you - Taiga would be a loli then but IMO it is important so she's not.
