1. She needs to have intercourse a lot due to her curse (although she does enjoy it herself too), university has a lot of men there she can do it with so it is a convenient location.
2. Can keep Rudeus company and watch over him from time to time since he is separated from everyone else right now.

The spoken reason is to get some men. The unspoken subtext that even rudius isn't picking up on is that she actually cares for him and views herself as his protector/guardian in the absence of his parents.

You're sort of right, it was a half joke. I mentioned it in my other post but her real goal is to be Rudeus' protector. She actually likes the kid and wants to look out for him. Not just in a fight against enemies type of way but looking out for him as a person, almost like a surrogate parent.

She's a very deep character, but alot of it hasn't been revealed yet

yes she is like a guardian to rudeus and let's not forget roxy and her friends in the same party they have been looking him for a while
