he also does the same with that tontatta fairy in dressrosa but helps her after she says sorry.

I would put Usopp and Robin one tier above.

Jinbe also a tier above and Franky 2 tiers above.

And I'm also almost a bit hesitant to say that Luffy is/would be between the top tier and one tier below. 🤔
But also in his case more like the top tier.

Far from it. Luffy is by far THE nicest one. Man doesn't care if you're an enemy or not. Take the fight against Katakuri for an example.

I don't see it my biggest reason being when Ace asked him to look after luffy of he died he didn't do it out of the kindness of his heart but because he earned his respect.

I think it's perfect that sanji, chopper and luffy is in the top tire. Because if someone is starving or wounded no matter what he is good or evil sanji and chopper will help them.How evil are you if you want to friends with luffy he never rejects you😊
