hiya im chev!!

i heard about it first from twitter while people were talking about it and i dropped everything to watch the first episode. i fell in love with the art, music, concept, story. EVERYTHING! so here i am obsessing over it <3

im mostly an anime watcher but when something peaks my interest very much, i end up reading the manga as well! oshi no ko is definitely one that i will pick up the manga for!

while i love the entire cast, i think MEM is the one that I just gravitated to the most. something about her is majestic to me plus i LOVE her personality and character design! i love her jgviowerhjmwriohbrw

its really hard to pick a favorite character because i love each and every one of them in different ways. i do love the twins a lot tho! i cant wait to see where the story goes <3

the opening and ending songs are so good that ive been listening to them on repeat, the ending more tho!!

im just really hyped for more to come aaaaa!

I've spotted the manga in one of the online shops a few months ago and I got very interested in it. I've made my purchase and started to read.
Tbh I did not expect such level of realism put into the manga (the VERY accurate showing of the industry).
So you can guess how happy I was to see the anime coming (literaly) right after I finished reading the manga.
And here we are today, having fun with Oshi No Ko. (Or rather be depressed that Ai died so soon :<)

Yo I'm Grumpy. I've found out about Oshi no ko while doing an anime quiz with a friend (so basically on youtube).

I'm more of an anime viewer but I do enjoy some manga here and there. I'm very infatuated with Komi can't communicate manga xD.

Favourite character would be Aqua mostly, but Akane also caught my eye.

I'm a drummer and I like rock, metal and blues. I do however listen to a lot of japanese music such as Survive said the prophet, Ado, etc.

I heard about the manga first from a friend, then I also saw the big billboard for the anime in Shibuya during a trip. Now I'm here watching the anime.

I have several thoughts about the series: I'm generally convinced it's a bit overrated yet I look forward to every new episode. I like the animation, both opening and endings and the mood of the series. My fav charachter is Kana, love her cynicism.

hello!
i found about the anime as soon as it came out, via anime sites ^-^ and instantly watched it because of how pretty the cover is !!
im an anime-only fan for now, but once the series ends, i will 100% start the manga :D
ai is by far my favorite character, everything about her and her story is so mesmerizing, she deserved so much better :(
i also love ruby and her determination to become an idol, she's very motivating and inspiring to me !! :D
i love the opening and ending songs, even the music videos to them. they give me the chills every time i watch them bc it AND the story are just too good :sob:

Hi Everyone!
I'm Eren, 3 weeks ago while I'm traveling in youtube I found Oshi No Ko's opening but since I don't have much time I waited to all episodes arrive. and yesterday while searching new anime to watch I found Oshi No Ko again and I wanted to watch and try it even though I have to wait for last episode and then I watched first episode and absolutely loved it. I cried, felt angry, I felt the same thing main character felt and I wanted revenge like him, after first episode I immediatly finished all episodes in one sit and here I am. and my favorite character is actually a lot. like Ai, Kana, Mem-Cho and aqua. I like ruby and akane too but not my favorites. but if I need to choose one and only its definitly Ai. I like her design and voice. if you ask second then its Kana. I want to read manga right now but I'm trying to hold myself not to, because if I read manga now I need to wait for another chapters to arrive and I can't say I'm very patient so I'm holding myself not to read.
well thats all I can say, looking forward for second season even though I don't know when will it come or will it come, but I want new season as soon as possible.
by the way if my English is bad, my apology, my first language isn't English so I don't think I wrote all properly. nevermind bye, I hope everyone enjoyed Oshi No Ko!

My name is Jonneh! I'm a big fan of the Kaguya manga and had been meaning to read Oshi no Ko when the anime came out first! I'm pretty glad I was able to go in blind, because the Anime has blown me away, and the music takes everything to the next level. I hope to eventually read the manga too, but will probably wait till I've had my fill of the anime first.

I absolutely love both the OP and ED. I'm a long time YOASOBI fan and the ED has just kinda blown me away too. I'm definitely a fan of AI (who isn't?) and I really like my scheming mastermind characters so Aqua is top tier.

so basically im a huge YOASOBI fan cuz their music is just awesome. anyways- so when yoasobi posted about them creating an intro song for the anime i was so happy but not so curious until the MV came out and i was soo excited
thats how i came across Oshi No Ko.

i do read manga but at the same time watch anime too so its a tie..

My Oshi...thats tough..so basically im a bts stan aka ARMY, i listen to alot of kpop and jpop but my main is definitely BTS <3 ig my bias is Kim Taehyung (V) and Namjoon (RM) but i really love all the other members as much as i love them too

Most interesting character so far in oshi no ko, i would say would be AQUAMARINE HOSHINO. but my favourite character of all time in Oshi No Ko is definitely ARIMA KANA.

Not only an anime weeb but also a kpop stan and i listen to a lot of jpop too. BTS, TXT, LE SSERAFIM and NEWJEANS are the kpop bands i listen to. YOASOBI, FUJII KAZE, MILET and many other japanese singers too i have picked an interest in.

Sup everyone I'm Los. First heard about Oshi No Ko through ads on YT and kept seeing how much traction is was getting all over the place so I had to check the hype for myself and damn.. was I not disappointed. Also just an anime viewer.

I do actually have an oshi which would be Gawr Gura from Hololive EN. Been a casual vtuber watcher for awhile but when it comes to Gura I'm always there to watch her stream.

If I had to pick a favorite character so far I'd have to choose Aqua, his character so far is so damn well written and when you think Aqua's morals seem to be iffy, he's actually a really cool and kind guy. Kana is a very close second favorite though.

I'm kinda new to anime since Spring of 2022 and just recently hopped on MAL but so far just seeing that you can hop onto forums and join discussions/clubs, very cool and seems fun. And right now between Vinland Saga and Oshi No Ko, those 2 for sure have been my favorite anime this year so far so felt right to join in here.

I first heard about this series going through some youtube manga recommendations.
I am a manga reader waiting to see these panels animated. Still waiting for No Game No Life season 2.

I’m Aoiboba! I’ve actually knew about this manga/anime when it started airing but I never watched it till someone I knew told me to read it and after a lot of time and effort on their part I started reading it! And I so regret not starting it sooner!

I'm a huge fan of oshi no ko and i believe is one of the most important show in modern anime era. An anime so heartfull yet dark, with everything that goes around show business and feelings actors behave during screentime. The drama is so powerful that makes you wonder "what's gonna happen now?!". i've never been so intressed in a single anime in ages and I think this must be my top-on-the-list anime.

Of course i'm reading the manga and waiting every week for a new episode. iId like this masterpiece never ends^^

I know I am joining the club a bit late since the anime is almost at its end, but I still want to join and talk with people and I hope you accept me.
There's nothing much to say about myself. I started watching anime around the end of 2020, but I did watch about 10 anime before I knew what anime even was. :)
I am very thankful to anime as it has helped me understand and show interest in different cultures and arts and such which I never really cared for before. After watching anime I learnt many things.
Including, languages like Japanese, French, Spanish, [I tried learning Mandarin but let's just say I didn't] *it's soo hard*.
I also learned how to draw and also was able to watch the content of many artists who I never would have known if not for anime. Like Eve, Yoasobi, etc.
I fell in love with the "Oshi no ko" anime and my favorite character is Ai Hoshino. I read watch anime, read manga, manhwa's, and doujin, and also like to draw.

Hey! I'm koixlana (or just Koi).

I've been watching anime and reading manga for almost 2 years now. The first time I heard about 'Oshi no ko' was when my friend told me to watch it, cuz he tought i would like it. But i kept saying "yes, yes, another time..." until he kept spamming me that i had to watch it rn. So that's when i started watch it.
I mostly watch anime, but sometimes i also read manga. I only watch with subtitles, because I am trying to learn Japanese, and hearing the words while reading the sub really helps a lot! When i read it it's often because i want some inspiration for my drawings/sketches.

My fav Oshi no ko character so far is Hoshino, Aqua.

My fav character of all animes is Itadori Yuuji (because JJk is my fav anime and cuz we have a lot in common), but i have a lot of other characters that i like.
My fav music artists (at the moment) are 'Eminem' and 'Yoasobi', it kinda depends on my mood.
My fav color is pink or blue (I'm not sure yet).
My fav food is sushi (dragon eyes).
my fav fashion style is Y2K.
My fav brands (/stores) are Subdued, Urban outfitters and Weekday.

My fav types of anime are sports (BlueLock, Kuroko no Basket,...) and demon/curses things (Jujutsu Kaisen, Chainsaw man,...). I really recommend these animes if you like "this type of anime", I hope you will enjoy it!

I actually didn't hear abt anime/manga rather I explored it accidentally on the internet n then I fell in love with them❤️.

(Minor Spoilers - Episode 1)

Yo what's up; I go by Raikyu and I have watched a little bit up Oshi No Ko. I found out about this show being made when someone told me that the author of Kaguya-sama, Aka Akasaka, was making a new manga, but I never read it I only started watching the show once it had came out. When I watched I fell in LOVE with Amemiya's green eyes like I was engulfed in the magnificent aurora australis that is in the dark Antarctic sky, but the show fell off when this psychopath pushed him off a cliff :( . After that I couldn't keep watching, so after a few minutes I came back to watch and it was still a pretty awesome show.
All and all this show is great and I think this show can really change people's perspectives in a positive manner. That's all, it's been Raikyu, Cya.

Hello! I'm gbchrs and I've been reading manga for a long time. I started watching a lot more anime the past few years since it's gotten more accessible, thanks Netflix 😆

Well, Now let's answer the above questions😋

•When did you first hear about the anime/manga?
since childhood, I was encouraged to read manga (and books) to learn to read. I even had educational mangas teaching maths & history 😄 For anime, there was a few child friendly ones that I follow and watch weekly from TV, then it became cds, then it became hard to access... until Netflix!

Hmmm hard to say. My #1 bias is top secret 😜 From oshi no ko my oshi is minami kotobuki, she's so sweet and pretty, too bad she hardly has any scenes

wait how is this different from bias 😂 I guess Akane? I look forward to see what kind of character she becomes

Hello! I'm Kuuroe. The name's got from Log Horizon's Shiroe. I didn't hear a thing about the Anime/Manga but I've always read it as soon as it came out in Tachiyomi, also I only saw it that it was Akasaka Aka's work because of the illustration, if you get what I mean. My Oshi is a Virtual YouTuber that goes by the name "Tokoyami Towa". Well, my favorite goes to Hoshino Ai if it's in anime just cause the VAs Takahashi "Rieri" Rie. Well, YOASOBI really does its music a banger so props to them. Favorite movie, huh? Well, I would go for either Date A Live: Mayuri's Judgment or Koe no Katachi. Favorite song would probably go for these Stellar Stellar, Raimei, The Last Frontier, Your Song, end of a life, I'm Your Treasure Box or Madoromi, don't ask me why.
