| I played Star Ocean Second Evolution and thought it was excellent. I already finished the first season of this anime which I thought was fun. I doubt it will get a season 2 due to it being niche, but what do you think of this anime overall? |

| From what I know, there was supposed to be a season 2, (covering the Energy Nede part of the game) but unfortunately it was cancelled. If it was made, there may have been a 3rd season which would've covered the sequel game's story, Blue Sphere. There is a Star Ocean Second Story and Blue Sphere manga too if you want the next best thing! (with the same art-style as EX) At this point though I think we are more likely to get a remake of Star Ocean EX instead of a sequel... |
| If anyone wants a continuation just read the manga, its incredibly more faithful compared to the anime. And then just fill in the gaps by watching the games anime cutscenes |
