Why did they completely delete whole Moritaka's existence in the anime?

Like why? I'm still on episode 6 and just checking the manga to see the things they skipped so no spoilers and does Kunio's hot mom appears or they also completely skip her?

I haven't read the manga so I don't know who Moritaka is but kunio's mother does appears.

Well I watched the anime a long time ago and I don't know which Character u r talking about, I might have forgotten but the mom u r talking about is there and that I can confirm lol.
PS: I did some research and apparently they have replaced Moritaka with Kadena in the anime.✌️
