Its been a while since i watched the anime adaptation so i might be forgetting stuff but, theres one route that is kinda being developed during the entire show but if i remember correctly, there are a couple arcs at these episodes

3-9
10-14
17-18

Episodes i havent listed cover the main route

I'd recommend double-checking tho since it has been a while since i watched it. I might have some ep numbers wrong

Edit: i didn't realise you said both seasons. I can't remember much about the arcs from after story so i can't help there

There are a lot of small arcs in After Story and the original which are pretty good for the most part. The main story is undoubtedly the best which was mostly the last half of each season respectively. I highly recommend watching the two ovas as well cuz they blew me away.

Clannad:
Fuko arc: 1-9

Kotomi arc: 10-14

Tomoyo arc : 15-18, 24 (ova) (watch if you want I didn’t like it )

Nagisa arc: 19-23

Clannad afterstory:
Episode 1 of afterstory isnt really part of any specific arc

Sunohara arc: 2-4

Misae arc: 5-6

Yukine arc:7-8

Afterstory arc: episodes 9-22
(Tomoya nagisa’s arc) (tomoya ushio’s arc) (tomoya, nagisa, and ushio’s arc)
(the main story pretty much starts here)
