what do you love about Demon Slayer besides the good animation is it the characters or the plot?

| Thats actually the only part i enjoyed of it. Characters was lame (Specially the crying golden hair boy, god he was an annoying piece of shit) Plot was very forgettable but i dont remember it being bad or boring, just extremely mediocre and forgettable ¨ I still rated this show a 7/10 cause the animations / fights was god like and it was enough for me to like this show. (If animations was mediocre this would have been a solid 5/10) |
| I'm currently amidst season 2, and while I definitely adore the character designs and feel they're well-rounded - I think a majority of why I watch the show actually comes down to (obviously) the art and the plot. I don't think I'd have enjoyed these same characters if they were placed in another setting or story, and I don't think they'd have hit me as deeply as they've managed to without the current plot points that keep hitting beat after beat. Also, something that isn't talked about enough is the soundtrack and sound design of the entire project. Every single thing has a detailed sound, even the small unnecessary rattle of a sword in a sheath or a softer footstep on a tatami mat. Anime isn't like games, where cutting corners on sound is more common, but it can be done and often is on smaller less important scenes. As far as I've noticed with Demon Slayer thus far, it hasn't happened. That makes such a difference to me, personally. The overall world comes alive when it sounds alive. |
| The story isn't bad and is actually quite enjoyable on its own, as long as you don't analyse it too much. |
| Plot is simple but not bad, sometime you see other show try too hard to be deep and fail, it's ok to be simple...I find the characters funny, again even if they are not deep they are ok in the Demon Slayer context So basically Demon Slayer do the things simple but in the right way |

Complex Stories are basically sleeping pills . Helps to get some sleep . |
| I love the characters and the animation the plot is simple but it doesn't need a grand story the fights between the demon hunters and the demons are really cool and the relationship between nezuko and tanjiro is really heartwarming it's an enjoyable series and I'm loving it so far |

| To me it’s neither plot nor characters as they are both shallow and simple. But that’s not necessarily a bad thing as not everything needs to be a masterpiece or intellectually stimulating. I still enjoy the simplicity of the show |
