This cour is going to be 12 eps and the next cour maybe 13+ or maybe extended eps like demon slayer  |

It’s like 500-600 pages worth of manga. Thats way to much for a movie. Also it will start in the middle of an arc which wouldn’t be a very good starting point for a movie. Csm on the other hand, the control devil arc is about 350-400 pages long, which is a good size for a movie. And it will begin a new arc. Which was also seen with the mugan train movie. |

| They would have to stretch the next cours by like 10 chapters a cour if this ends at sword devil arc. that's why it's likely they're going to pull up with a movie. If they can manage to stretch it to 3 seasons then the next 2 seasons would be AotYs no questions asked. |

However Katana Man arc is chapters 22 to 39, so maybe they'll speed it up after ep 1. I can't see them not adapting the sword devil fight in this cour. |

| This has been my assumption so far too. Mappa did 3 cours for AOT final season so, I wouldn't put it past them |
