I heard the live action movies are actually pretty decent, not that shit like the others I've seen. Should I watch them?

When it comes to the cinematography the live action movies are splendid. If you're a fan of the anime, I'd definitely recommend watching them. Although you shouldn't expect the storytelling to be on the same level.

The greatest and only live action adaptions of an anime that work imo. Fights and cinematography are very epic

In live action u will get the iconic Enishi. Plus one of the minor villan character of initial arc is made iconic in first movie. Anime only tops live action in terms of Shishio or main cast.

I am a huge fan of Rurouni Kenshin. Saito is my favorite character of the series and the live action despiction of Saito is great. The 5 movies are pretty good. Kenshin is great and so is Enishi but Shishio is fantastic.

I like them it’s different then the anime but still a pretty cool rendition of the plot I highly recommend them and the origin movie as well

Of course yes... You must watch them, they're worth it! Even my mom (44) enjoyed watching each of them. If you already watched and liked the anime, you'll love them.

I loved saito in the movie more than the anime.
The actor was really good

Yes they’re awesome. I think the first four kinda struggle with adapting the tone of the anime, but they’re plenty of fun and have some of the greatest action I’ve ever seen. The fifth film also nails the tone of the Trust and Betrayal anime, which is one of my favourite things to ever exist.

yes obviously. just watch 10 minites of the first one you'll want to watch the rest if youre a kenshin fan.

Watch it like an ova. You know the content is going to be shifted, but it's still going to be an enjoyable cinematic feature. I thought Bleach was actually sick while Death Note was cringe. Initial D was spot on! These films will ruin you. Don't save it as the last watch. Save the latest film drop for your anime as the last piece of that anime you watch. You don't want those cheesy memories to be the end point.

Aha! A Kenshin post. Yes, Trust & Betrayal is GOAT. This is a stand alone film without needing to be a fan. It is an epic with unbelievable heart

YES And I whoal heartedly mean it they're in my opinion some of the best live action anime movies out there.
