| It is strange that's turned on by default. Some people don't watch seasonals but still update their anime episodes individually, so that would get frustrating if they didn't realize they could turn it off. I could see it being useful for some people, and maybe they wanted to encourage more engagement, but this was definitely the wrong choice. |
