| I think it's just the visuals bugging me out when I saw it the second time, but it's ambiguous if Nobara hit a Black Flash too because her hammer and nail was hidden in the still frame of Yuji and her lining up their synchronized attacks against the brothers. I could be entirely wrong in how the attack works but I don't believe it's limited to punches, as it was Nanami who explains how they work from experience, and he weilds a sheathed blade. |

| Iirc, the timing of their cursed energy release creates the black flash. They never said it was limited to a particular fighting style. |

From Toji's absolutely no cursed energy to Gojo's virtually inexhaustible energy, they clearly form a dichotomy.
