I would start off targeting generally agreed upon evils. Once they’re gone I stop using it for a while working my way into law enforcement (fbi, cia, etc) to have access to more information on targets that wouldn’t draw attention to me such as searching criminals online. Then I start creating a list of targets building over time until I feel there is a “great evil” that needs to be dealt it. I then set that great evil as the first target then write the other names with random dates and a variety of deaths

i just don't see what light was doing was bad , honestly he was just trying to make his own justice and L was doing the same ,and it's not upto me to decide whether the evil be tormented or torture people .....
