Gintama, there is a reason why all of it's entries are on top.

Grand Blue, Saiki K and Asobi Asobase are also pretty funny.

Gonna have to go for Grand Blue Dreaming! on this one.

Has to be one of the funniest shows I've ever seen. Hilarious plot and has some of the funniest faces I've seen.

Another one would be Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou / Daily Lives of High School Boys. It's also a really fun watch. Overall just a good time.

depends on what type of comedy you like. there's slapstick, surreal, parody, satire etc. if i had to pick a personal favorite it would be nichijou.
