I would recommend Arcane if you're into good content no matter where it comes from. Vi is undoubtedly one of the best tomboys ever.

I think Hanebado counts? It’s got two main characters, of whom one (Aragaki Nagisa) is quite tomboyish. I like her a lot.

Other than that, the only other one I can think of is Fate/Apocrypha, and Mordred is just one of several main characters….. but god damn I love Mordred SO much.

Now that I think about it, Asirpa-san from https://myanimelist.net/anime/36028/Golden_Kamuy is pretty much a tomboy, and also a very lovable character.
