She falls for futaro when he was in disguise, then when she figured out that it was him all along, she realises she actually has feelings for futaro. She was just pushing him away without giving him a chance, as she didnt want another prominent male figure in her or her sisters's lives. She got to know him without her bias against futaro clouding her judgment.

Well it’s true that Nino started liking out of nowhere but they did development which wasn’t much showed in anime.
It’s done well in manga.

No,it is. I do think she's the worst out of all sisters. next to her is ichika btw. But hey,people free to like what they want. So let Nino like him,and let people who like her,like her. At the end of the day,she still lose. No offense.

That is why I don’t really like Nino or itsuki that much. Cuz their crushes were just sudden. Itsuki doesn’t have much character development but Nino did, that is the only difference. But that is why I hope the mc ends up with Yotsuba or Ichika. Ichika cuz I like her and is a very realistic character in today’s world (not popular opinion I know) and Yotsuba cuz hers and futaro’s relationship just feels natural. Miku isn’t bad either. But not my choice in the long run.

It's kinda surprising that she fell in love with fuutaro, for all that shit she did to him. In a certain the fact that it was sudden imo it's very like nino. She has a frivolous personality and she often changes mood. It wouldn't say that it came from nowhere but it's happened very fast indeed that it seems unnatural but again this would fit nino

It feels like sudden but it increase gradually in a very very short period that's why it doesn't hit like Miku.... although i didn't read manga. Just my opinion.

Unlike Nino, Itsuki had much good moments with Futaro, but i don't think she developed a crush yet

This is according to what I believe.
It wasn't sudden, what happened was, her heart was broken due to Kintarou (the non-existent blonde Fuutarou), while this was happening there was also a fight amongst the Quintuplets. There she said that, she didn't wanted to be left behind. Seeing everyone was falling for Fuutarou, as much as she tried to resist, she came to the conclusion that he was a good man and that even she can't deny the fact.

Conspiracy Theory: She understood that he was that kid from the Kyoto Trip that Yotsuba talked about.

People genuinely forgot that Fuutarou saved Nino from potential death TWICE. First was from falling off a cliff albeit it was as "Kintarou" and the second was from nearly drowning granted her sisters will save her anyways but it was Fuutarou who did it in the end.
Both these occurences were a MAJOR turning point for Nino especially the latter.
I find it annoying that people just shrugs these occurrences off as if it wasn't anything special.
If it was only shown in the manga then I'd understand for anime fans but it was literally shown in the anime.
