Just started the Dressrosa arc. Doffy just revealed he has the Flame fruit. But didn't Ace already eat it? What's the system behind the fruit user deaths ?

I think that was explained right after that doffy scene. Anyway, if a fruit user dies, the fruit will ripe again in the world of one piece.

It will be explained by one of his subordinates(about 2 episodes after it's revealed that Doffy came into possession of the Mera Mera no Mi) You just gotta stay patient.

But here just in case

It's really simple.

One Piece episode 914 & 915 & 1027 were a mistake and 957 brought the salvation - FMmatron
