Yes, its okay to skip the filler episodes. I watched the fillers only because I used to watch Naruto on TV back in the day.
Naruto fillers are still decent tho Shippuden fillers are absolutely horrible.

When talking about naruto, I think it would be better to skip the fillers. If I recall it correctly, it has 41% fillers (shippuuden included). If you are watching for first time only then consider these fillers as they would take a lot of your time. But not all fillers are bad. Among the ones I like the most are Power Arc and Indira-Ashura Arc, and I can assure they are worth your time.
In conclusion, it's up to you if you want watch fillers. But if you want to binge watch it then, it'd be better to not consider them.

Tbh I skipped alot of them when I was watching but I don't recommend it there still so e fun and chill one that I will never forget like the one we're team7 was trying to take off Kakashi's mask thats a good one

Naruto is unwatchable with fillers. I never skips fillers, but Naruto is the one show that I always skip the fillers. The fillers are just abysmal in Naruto.

Yes it's fine if you want to watch canon content and follow along the main storyline. I usually skip filler if it's consecutive or doesn't involve character exploration or development or doesn't connect with the main story. Fillers are optional, and they can sometimes be fun to watch depending on your motives on going about watching the show. So, it is entirely up to you.

You can skip it for sure. I personally watched all the fillers but after finishing the series I regretted it since I can't even remember most of the filler episodes I watched since it's not connected to the story.
Save your time by skipping it (I could have used the time I wasted for other things).

But that's just me, if you're really curious on the quality of it then go on and watch it, no one is stopping you.

In Naruto see till 150 and directly jump to Naruto shippudrn because I saw the whole Naruto series and that was a waste of time cause there was no development in the story at all after 150 ep. But Naruto shippuden becomes soo interesting especially the ninga geart war arc was my fav

I think you should watch some of the fillers as they're still part of the show, but there's that one arc in Naruto shippuden and it's literally like an ENTIRE SEASON that's JUST fillers you should completely skip that it's useless.

I just started watching naruto and I'm liking the fillers they may not at anything to the overall story but it's that feeling when your almost through and done , I honestly wish there was more, that's my opinion lol

If it gets boring, then it's the shows fault for including a ton of filler.

I personally watched almost all of the fillers in the show except for the ones at the end of Naruto that go on for 100ish episodes. I wouldn’t say they are necessary to the plot but some of them are really enjoyable, especially the ones in shippuden that give a decent background for characters like the Kakashi Anbu arc. In terms of Naruto though they’re mostly there for comedic purposes so if you don’t enjoy those types of episodes I would skip.

You can easily skip most if not all fillers. There are guides in Reddit though for fillers that you may not want to skip that helped me a lot in determining which ones to watch. The only one I felt was actually any decent in Shippuden was Kakashi's ANBU years and the ones about the foundation of the Akatsuki, which come back to back. Those actually give you interesting information on relevant things that happened in the story that I thought were nice. The rest is absolutely dispensable and just kills the pacing.

Sure, it's okay to skip fillers but (for me), I really enjoyed the fillers. They kinda gave a new perspective to the characters, endeared them more to me and I enjoyed most of them. But I quite liked the Naruto journey, getting to know the characters, having a light hearted filler to make me laugh etc, and I was in no real rush to finish it (I was procrastinating from life)!

Skipping filler is up to you, but without knowledge it will be hard to know what is filler, some filler has enjoyable stories. However it exists in a bubble and will never be mentioned in the show.

Bro actually i am thinking you can skip but, when i was watchimg naruto fillers, i wanted to skip but i couldnt because i was feared of if i cant understand some characters in Shippūden. So i watched all of them, i think you should watch until 140/150 because they are rlly good in my opinion. But you wont lose a thing if u dont watch them

Yes it is ok to skip the filler if you want, personally I don't skip filler as it feels wrong for me, but I don't have a problem with others doing it and it makes sense why they would.

There's literally no point to watching the fillers unless you have a lot of free time and don't mind wasting hours of your life watching non-canon material.
