| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Another awesome episode when I saw Narutos trickle of water against Sasukes gush of water I though holy sh*t watch out Naruto and then we saw the back of the containers and Narutos was destroyed while Sasukes wasnt even damaged I was like oh god good job Kakashi-sensei showed up or we would have had to say goodbye to Sasuke. Its amazing how strong Naruto has become but I don't like how Sasuke has turned on him but I think it will be pretty intersting to see what will happen from now on. |

| Well, it was heavily foreshadowed all the way back when Orochimaru was first introduced that this would happen. Because of that, it makes Sasuke's dilemma believable. Great episode... and I wonder if Sakura is finally going to tell Naruto about the curse. |

| Strong episode with hard feelings involved, I can surely understand both Sasuke and Naruto, it's like Kakashi explained, they are both 12-13 years old yet and don't know quite how to deal with such strong traumas and this rivalry/friendship they've been through, to Sasuke living his whole life with one goal in mind only to think he reached nowhere is painful, also being mindfucked for the second time by Itachi didn't help, it's hard to just let go of hatred when you had it inside for so long, let's see how that will develop. |

| Ugh, they didn't have to explain how Naruto and Sasuke were feeling because they actually did a pretty good job of SHOWING exactly what they were feeling even in the filler episodes before. Explaining is just for the people who aren't good at observing, didn't pay attention, need stuff spelled out for them, or just straight up skipped episodes including the fillers. So it was unnecessary and in my opinion would have come off stronger without it. Still, good stuff. |
| the point to to the end of part I starts here. the team seriously is in bad shape :/ and with the way kakashi presents it to sasuke i really don't understand why sasuke thinks about it so much, listen to his hated brother and seek more revenge, or listen to kakashi who had same (kinda) same past as him?
