Is there any such app or website where i can just.type any book's (novels mostly) name and start reading it?

maybe not exactly what you are looking for but you can download books for free on library genesis. if you are into older non fiction stuff, archive is also good.

I haven't seen apps like tachiyomi but for books yet but i mostly just download the novel from any secure site
