I would have to say “Violet Evergarden” was the most beautiful anime I have ever watched. The art was just astounding, but it wasn’t even just that, the story and the development was so beautiful and it amazed me. I couldn’t get enough of it after finishing it, so I looked for movies and everything.

Irozoku no ashita kara , i just have to say the plot in this anime is amazing especially the end . yes, it does get a bit boring in the mid part but the bittersweet ending was the most beautiful thing i saw even in the aspect of animation and the plot . Another anime i would like to mention is tsumiki no ie , mainly bcoz of the plot it had and it just show how amazing just a 10 min short movie can be ! Def. one of the most underrated anime i have seen .(underrated as in "less talked about ",coz the anime itself has good ratings on mal )

I guess in terms of art I gonna have to say Violet evergarden, that anime had some godly level of art and I liked it soo much, of course the story lived up to my expectations and gave it a 8/10 I had some problems here and there but it was nice overall.

Umm so yes I'll also say Irozuku sekai ni ashita kara cuz the show had very good graphics and a wobderful plot and the ending was really amazing ig thats it and ye in the middle 1-2 eps are kinda boring but the show overall is wonderful

Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso for sure, the first anime I ever watched that made me just think god this is absolutely beautiful.

Definitely Lupin the Third: Mine Fujiko to Iu Onna! Every frame is a masterpiece. If you like Shinichiro Watanabe and Takeshi Koike with a big dose of femme badassery you will love this.

If we talk about Animation someone will have to mention (bake)monogatari as it was one, if not the most visually appealing shows ive ever watched.
Kill la Kill, while nopt being the best looking show out there, had one of the most creative artstyles IMO but I would understand if someone would argue that it doesnt belong in such a list.
Then we have things like movies (especially silent voice but also your name for example). They have a massive budget and just a short screentime so much effort flows into the art and thats why they have amazing shots in these movies.
Anyway shoutout to everything else KyotoAni or Schaft did because they mostly do visual masterpieces.
and a Bonus mention goes to EVA for having the best mechas
EDIT: Ghibli Movies have incredible art too.

I'd have to say the most beautiful anime ive watched would be Tenki no Ko
But when it comes to the best animation stuff, I'd say it'd be Fate/SN heaven's feel's 3rd movie

The animes that most make me feel emocional are Yuri on Ice, The Anthem of The Heart, Banana fish and Piano no Mori, I cry everytime I watch, they are special animes to me, and they are so soooo emocionaly beautiful
