Tokyo Revengers Uncensored Version

So I just found out there's a censored & uncensored version of the anime. I've been watching the censored version up to & including episode 12. Does anyone know what exactly I'm missing? Are some scenes cut out in the censored version?

You're missing out on the manji sign (which looks like a swastika but it isn't and has a whole different meaning) and missing scenes from the censored version.

All scenes where the uniform of the gang appears are edited. Sometimes they are zoomed in and other times exaggerated rays of light cover most of the screen to hide it. Here's an example: https://youtu.be/8QIDq9EHmbw Also, you'll notice they loop backgrounds or characters talking in a manner that they seem like a slideshow.

Anime licensors like Crunchyroll said it's not their fault since that's the version they received. It seems like the publishers thought the manji symbol might be "offensive" for western watchers and decided to make that edited version. I believe Amazon Prime video has the uncensored version but I cannot guarantee in which countries.

I kinda noticed something weird in the opening and during some scenes because they looked like in lower resolution and then, like you, I discovered it was a censored version. That's when I switched. In my opinion it is not a deal breaker, but I prefer watching anime unedited since I appreciate it to be like in the source material so I get the highest quality overall.

Ur missing a lot. I think it was the first manji gang meeting takemichi went to. They cut out entire scenes with new characters like Baji and Chifuyu.

They cut out some gore & violence as well. Not sure why it had to be censored but they did cut out how Takemichi got impaled through his hand. And the part when he pounced on and choked Kiyomasa.

not sure but I think 4anime has uncensored scenes since the takemichi getting stabbed in his hand scene was there which was seemingly censored in some sites or apps

You are missing a lot imo. Some of the scenes are edited very lazily in order to cover up the manji. I feel like there were many scenes so far that are ruined as censored.

U can watch the uncensored in Muse Asia on Youtube, and use vpn to unlock the region lock

I can't really tell what ur missing since I've seen the uncensored version since episode 3 or 4. But the uncensored one it's really good u should check it out

If you really think you missed sm then just go to anime vibe tv or anime kissa tv im pretty sure they have both versions
