Who wins is based heavily on whether sharingan/rinnegan can see through aizen’s kyouka suigetsu. From what I understand kyouka suigetsu actively allows aizen to alter a person’s senses rather than creating an illusion for them to perceive. So I heavily favor aizen for the win.

If sharingan can see through it though then it’s a toss up. Both have nigh infinite physics defying power.

Well Aizen do have a "Bankai", that's how he became a captain, duh!! And the only person who became captain without a bankai (he didn't even have shikai, but everyone assumed his zanpakuto is released like Ichigo's) is Kenpachi Zaraki. Now I'm coming to the main point, Aizen's real strength wasn't shown in the Manga and Anime, he was shown as a strategist like Madara (but I think he falls short in this category) and was smart and strong enough to be in the Yhwach's hit list. And as for Madara, he was godlike to begin with, even before he attained the Rinnegan. After attaining Rinnegan (well after being resurrected) he literally toyed with everyone. And the Rikodou Madara is something else, I think he can beat these Otsutsuki Gods appearing in Boruto without much problem,and he wasn't technically beaten, even six paths Naruto and Sasuke couldn't beat him. So I think the winner here is Madara.
