So I have a question that when the mc was pushed by you know who then at that timeline naoto(the person who he shakes hands with) was dead so I don't understand how was he even able to time travel in the first place.If anyone have any theories or if any manga readers could assure that it would be told in the future please tell.Thank You

I think that it's because they kinda shook hands, he held his hand to save him, maybe after that our mc passed out and he took him to the station

i mean before his first time travel naoto was dead but then something still triggers the time leap as we saw later it was actually was naoto after all when akkun saw takemichi being saved by him. i feel like at that point he influenced his future time line that naoto was alive and that’s why he saved him or there is something else that will be revealed later

His power to travel back in time comes from his own internal desires. The trigger wasn’t always Naoto, and it isn’t always Naoto.
MC deeply regretted his childhood and the fact that he abandoned Hinata due to his own weak will. At the moment of his death, he wanted more than anything to see Hina again. His every cell screamed for that.
That intense desire awakened his power to travel through time.

Don't worry it's not a plot hole. He was able to time travel because of something else.
After he came back in the present, Takemichi and Naoto shared that same "something else" which is why Naoto became the trigger to time travel.
It will be explained later on.

well yea anime onlies just started this so no wonder doubts pop out it's simple and complex at the same time he was time travelling when he was just about to be squashed into pulp and he goes and saves naoto of the past so past events change everytime he's in past changing things, his consciousness was not in his adult body but in teenage body so yea since he was already time travelling so it did not happen at the station due to his consciousness not being in the adult timeline.

POSSIBLY MANGA SPOILERS
so, kisaki met takemichi before takemichi thought, probably was him who pushed takemichi and that action detonated the time travel in the first place and then when he changed the future, he also changed who pushed him and also the fact that Naoto died and that he saved him, just my theory

I believe that the first time leap is triggered by his death on the train tracks and then when he comes back to the future and is pushed into the tracks a second time naoto knows to save him
